If you are creating a site on Shopify this is your first app. You will use it everyday. Support is spot on. 2 Years later and support is still some of the best you will find. Shout out to Christian thanks for the speedy fix.

Worth the cost. My landing pages are finally presentable without spending a ton of extra money in development costs. Great customer service - quick response times and very helpful.

Great app and even better customer support. Highly recommend it. Whether it is about product pages or home pages - PageFly is your Shopify Plugin + they share some great tips for free.

This app can be tedious for someone who isn't super familiar with website building platforms, however it is worth your time to invest in building on PageFly because the customer support is amazing. They're SO helpful with any questions you may have. So, for that reason, I'd say you should definitely use PageFly.

So easy to learn and use, increases productivity hugely letting us try and test layouts and designs without wasting our developer's time. Also the support is amazing, fast and knowledgeable.

Customer service agents are the best! QUICK AND EASY reliable help to any issues. most recently I spoke to Angel & he was helpful, super quick and I'm a little jealous of his technical ability maneuvering page fly as with all new things its a bit of a learning curve... but jeez, it's really easy as you get the hang of it and for everything else the 24/7 chat provides lots of advisement and help!

PageFly is a fantastic way to make your site look more professional. It is easy to use and implementing it into your website is a breeze. Their free templates for product pages really spruced up our sites look and feel. I'll also add that their customer support is prompt and very helpful, they've helped solve issues and even taught me how to solve them myself in the future by sending screen videos of them adjusting the page for me. I think PageFly is the best app on the Shopify platform. Their customer service is really good. You go to check it out by yourself.

Support is very quick and is available 24/7. The support team is very helpful. Some of the app features could be improved for ease of use and to make even better pages, but overall very good app !

Very very happy with this app because of it's 24/7 customer live chat support. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have tried other page design apps and their support goes by email, and you will only get your answer days after. App is easy to use too. High recommended!

I previously wrote a review of my experience with Randy, and am adding based on my experience working with Chloe just now. I have consistently had an outstanding experience with the PageFly staff. They just go above and beyond to ensure I have what I need, making videos and providing great explanations with step-by-step instructions. I've never experienced better customers service. I'd give them 6 stars if that was an option. As a non-tech person, I was thrilled by the customer service I experienced with Randy at PageFly, who went above and beyond to ensure that my questions were answered and that my site was working well. He probably saved me 20-40 hours of work with his thorough responses, helpful suggestions, and video step-by-step instructions. Thank you, Randy!
