Besides the tool being great, I was blown away by the support. I encountered a bug, wrote and got a reply after 2 minutes, and the problem was solved in the next half hour without any unnecessary AI questions that are common in today's support.

I give it 5 stars for customer service, but 2 stars for user friendliness. Whereas in Shopify you can build a homepage in minutes, in this app it is complex, time consuming and no easy way to make a mobile friendly version of a desktop design. If you have landscape images for desktop and portrait for mobile, you need to essentially create two different designs. And neither of these will be optimised for tablet, so that would be another design to add. I would pay for this app if it was more user-friendly.
