I have been on the paid plan for a while. All basic functionalities to set up your page available, excellent customer service - working around the clock and eager to run extra mile to help you out. 4 stars, not 5 for the fact that a few weeks after I downgraded (all pages set, I didn't need a tool for page building) - terms and conditions have changed. Note for new users: if you downgrade to free plan you cannot edit content (typos, phrasing etc) any more on all but 1 page.

LOVE THIS APP. Its easy to use and the support is great! The design takes some time but after investing some time, it looks amazin!!!!

This software seems to be more friendly for home page editing, because there are more templates for home page or product page, and there is only one blog template. For a 7-day trial user. Editing a blog is still easier than Shopify's programming. I am satisfied with the free addition of many elements and the perfect after-sales service. I hope to have more blog templates.

Used this App to create a landing page. Have to comment that online support is fantastic. Always available to help with simple or complex questions. Really appreciate the live chat support and willingness to assist. Thanks

Eine super App, mit der man schnell und einfach beste Seiten erstellen kann. Es gibt die App zwar nicht in deutscher Sprache. Wenn man sich aber mal ein paar Stunden damit beschäftigt, kann man das alles problemlos. Und wenn man Fragen hat, kann man z.B. die Chat-Box verwenden. Ich habe innerhalb von 1 Minute mein Problem gelöst bekommen. Und wer kein Englisch kann, der benutzt einfach einen Internet-Übersetzer. Ich kann diese App nur empfehlen !!! ------------------------------------------------------- A great app with which you can quickly and easily create the best pages. The app is not available in German. But if you spend a few hours doing it, you can do all of this without any problems. And if you have any questions, you can e.g. use the chat box. I got my problem resolved within 1 minute. And if you don't speak English, you simply use an Internet translator. I can only recommend this app !!!

Horrible customer service and support. Features of the app would lock up and not work, such as simply scrolling in the editor. Rather than fix the problem, I was told by 3 different people to just avoid using those features. Not worth your money.

This is the best page builder on shopify period. I have tried others like shogun and they do not even compare to the amount of customization possible on this app. Also the live chat support is phenomenal.

I really appreciate the friendly customer support. I was really having trouble understanding how to create Theme Templates from Page Fly designs and Touqir took the time to create a tutorial video out of thin air. That's amazing customer service.

PageFly is a powerful page builder which can fulfil basically all my requirements. The CS of PageFly are very effective and efficient, they can fix the problem in a short period of time. Nice app and great CS team, thank you!

You get what you put into this app, it's VERY easy to use and the support is great. I would like to see some additional support on things like optimization for speed, but overall good.

Pretty good app for customizing your page. Of course, the free plan wouldn't do much for a solid product page, but in my opinion, the pro plan was well worth it. Easy to use and great customer support.

Pagefly has a very generous premium trial period and they have excellent customer service. I am very happy with how my Pagefly pages turned out for my client! In a world of many apps and information overload, I wanted to share my opinion so that others may enjoy the benefit of this app as well!

Very good functionalities (a little overwhelming) and a "ok" documentation. BUT a first class Service. An agent stepped in and handled a few issues within minutes of reaching out. That's how to make sellers happy!

Awesome app! So much more control over page building than using Shopify's inbuilt editor. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to build beautiful desktop and mobile pages. The ability to completely change the design for mobile is awesome. Support is also outstanding - a quick jump onto Live Chat and the problem is sorted. Keep it up guys!
