I've really enjoyed this app. The functions are easy to use and figure out. AND if there is something I can't resolve, the chat feature is amazing. During the chat, Touqir suggested a custom code to make the banners full width and that was really appreciated as I hadn't asked for it, but he noticed it wasn't working with the theme I had. Customer service has been great, and have resolved the few issues quickly. I do wish you could preview the PageFly pages on an unpublished theme so it was easier for the client to preview, but we worked around it.

Awesome app that allows you to build any kind of page you want so the only thing back is your imagination. The thing I have been most impressed with though is the support. They are fantastic at getting back to you and making sure any issues or challenges you are having get solved. Highly recommend!

I use PageFly to build a product landing page. The customer service I received was unmatched! Randy was so helpful and patient with me. There is a small learning curve to the app and he made sure my page looked exactly how I wanted. And when he wasn't available one of his colleagues stepped in to assist. My experience with PageFly has been nothing, but positive. There could be more capabilities in the design portion, but over all I would recommend PageFly!

So far so good and support couldn't be quicker, great quality all around. Easy to use and feature-rich editor. A must have for anyone serious about control over their page layouts.

I am very happy with this app's functionality. I got the free plan for now, but I plan to upgrade when I am ready to add more pages to my website. It is totally worth it. It is very easy and intuitive to build pages and so far their support has been very helpful. Overall, it has been a great experience and I highly recommend it.

Top app with top support. solved all my problems and now the shop is running smooth. Support via chat is just outstanding and almost instantaniousley.

i used this app to create my "Our story" page. Customer service was great and responded fast. You can customise your template as you wish and support will guide you through it with no problems...very great experience!

I had to choose between shopify and wix because i wanted to customise in greater detail. If shopify didnt have PageFlly i would have probably chosen Wix. The support team are fantastic, instant response on live chat. Helped so much!

Great economical solution for developing pages. Customer service A+, pricing A, updates B. Updates were a little buggy, breaking some elements, but customer support quickly helped fix it. Apps need excellent customer service. Pagefly delivers.

I had a question and immediately Sami made a quick tutorial showing me how to fix my issue. Amazing service! On a Saturday too! Very impressed by the service and app functionality. I have tried the other Page builder apps but wasn't very happy with them at all. Thanks so much for your expert advice.

Why one star ?? They can refuse to assist you with using their app. That is their app and while they can force you off of it, they can refuse to provide you customer service as that is their decision based on their policies. They are saying they will be contacting Shopify to request that the review you made be removed, as they feel it is unreasonable.
At first, you were complaining about the way Shopify charges, blaming all charging problems directly to us, while we just follow Shopify charing policies. At that time, you gave us 1-star review, on which we replied with a detailed answer on the charging situation. You then deleted that review to clean up the base and get back with new false accusation. Yes, we, like Shopify or any other self respecting business, have our TOS and we preserve the right to decline service for users who violates it. But we didn’t do that yet. We didn’t force you out of our app. Yes, if the review is unreasonable, it’s important to bring that to the attention of Shopify to keep the ecosystem healthy. But we didn’t do that yet. We didn’t raise any complains to Shopify. After you removed your first 1-star review, we though the issue was solved and continued to offer you service normally. But obviously, you just set yourself in some kind of "war mode", which we don't want to waste our time on. We will focus our energy on improving product and serving reasonable customers. This review will most likely stay which is ok because we want everybody to know the truth behind this case. Looking at other reviews and our overall score, we strongly believe that customers can make a right judgement about our product and service quality.
