Customer support deserves 5 stars, they are really helpful. Thythy did a nice job with recommendations for my landing page. The only issues I have experienced until now, are related to how the app works along others. I use Up Cart, and when you have a direct buy button, the product doesn't appear immediately on the cart, until the 2 or 3d time. Other issue is the page loading speed while editing, it could be better, I have to refresh continuously.

As a developer, at first this took some getting used to, but in the end, it's very handy and makes for quick development of custom stores without much coding. It just takes some time to figure out where everything is hiding.. Elementor users will quickly find their way around, but it is not as smooth and intuitive as Elementor. We had just one major issue throughout the development of several stores and the guys did their best to help, and the problem was fixed in just a couple of hours. Overall a very good App and good customer service. Worth the price.

Support is awesome and helps me a lot. The pagebuilder is quite confusing cause there is so much options to edit. Needs time to get used to.

Fantastic platform with alot of functionality, there is a learning curve, but in there lies the fun - the more you use Pagefly, the more you learn, the 24/7 team are always on hand and super helpful and very positive in resolving any issues. The only reason this is not a 5 star is their lack of Search & Filter functionality, plugins are limiting and restrictive and Shopifys themes are similar, a shame because if Pagefly had this, it would beat all the competitors!

had a bit of an issue trying to resize my slide show and a few images from desktop to mobile, Contacted pagefly through the chat and managed to get sorted within 30 min, required a bit of coding. Great job

First off, Usman was very helpful and patient. Second, there are aspects that could be better. For example, when putting a banner up and wording to go on or under it, it would be great to be able to see how that would look on the PC, phone, tablet, etc., before posting it, and then having an easier way to remedy a problem like - the wording not fitting on the screen/going off-screen when you pull it up and see it online.

Customer service is also quick to respond to questions. They are usually able to implement most of the features we want.

I like the customer service! This app is wayy too complicated for me to figure out, so unfortunately I had to uninstall it. However, this app has TONS of features and ways to build your website the perfect way you want it. :) I would definitely recommend if you're willing to learn.

I have an issue with an HTML code that wasn't deleted even after I deleted it in the page editor, so be careful with that guys, I have to reach out to the help team to fix the issue, although it didn't fix all the way Abed was very patient, helpful and teach me how could I fix it if something similar happens in the future, so sure there are some errors in the Pagefly app but if you have some don't hesitate to reach out to them they will assist you with everything, Thanks Abed!

love the app just few things to improve - after choosing the template- there should be sections of different element should be there to add on . just like add element - make section like add template section - and try to make it little easy and creative like canva may be , and smooth

Pagefly is great if you want to customise your site easily! It is very straightforward and easy to use. I just wish it was a tiny bit more flexible and intuitive but overall great. When I had an issue with the site playing up on the mobile breakpoint, Aldwin in particular helped me within 15 minutes! Highly recommend Pagefly if you are a designer looking to customise your site without a developer.

UPGRADES NEEDED - Limited Syncing with Shopify Images Be prepared to re-upload existing images stored on your Shopify library that you intend to use in Pagefly. So this absolutely double stuffs your Shopify media library with duplicates and longtail file names. What a mess for future search and use. Really surprised at this and it's put me off this app bigtime. - No Shadows on Text You can edit text in every way, except you can't add shadows ... what! - No Customized Icons You can't upload your own customized icons to Pagefly library. You have to upload them as full images but this limits you badly on use as you don't get the benefits of icons anywhere in the layouts. THE GOOD STUFF Customer support has been impressive. Quick and plentiful. Tutorials are also pretty good and the app itself offers a huge range of customization. Pagefly seems to be customer focused and seeking constant improvement. Will test this against other apps. Will rate again in future. For now - 7/10.
