Avoid this app. 1: their system has a huge duplication issue that means if you ever take theme backups etc, Pagefly can duplicate every single page created using it. (We ended up with over 3,000 duplicate pages). Their support refuses to acknowledge or attempt to fix this issue. 2: Poor support - we've had to contact them countless times with bugs and they fail to understand common terminology when trying to discuss the problem (e.g. a Shopify Template versus a Pagefly Template) 3: Leaving them is difficult. For some reason their page mapping is incredible strict - if you delete a template in pagefly which is no longer being used (e.g. you made a separate template in Shopify and applied it to a page).... Pagefly will fully delete the page, even though it's no longer anything to do with that page.

PageFly is pretty easy to use and gives you the layout flexibility that's mind-numbingly missing from Shopify's own page design possibilities. And when you're stuck, the support people are really helpful and have found a quick and easy solution to everything I needed so far. One major minus point, however, is that I had to use the legacy builder instead of the new gen 2 one. I wanted a simple 2-column layout and in the gen 2 builder, even when you choose ½ ½ layout, IT DOESN'T STAY SYMMETRICALLY IN TWO EVEN COLUMNS. I put an image in the left column and as soon as I started typing the text in the right, the text just kept expanding over the width of the page, and the image kept shrinking until the ratio was more like 1/5 4/5. I spent 20 minutes in the support chat, only to be told that this is how the ½ ½ layout is programmed to work. But then it's not a real ½ ½ is it??!! If it doesn't stay as two even columns, THEN IT'S NOT HALF-HALF. Ugh. Anyway, I was annoyed and I hope that the legacy builder will continue to be supported for a long time so that I don't have to re-do my whole page and deal with this same problem again.

I’ve been using PageFly for a while now, and I’m honestly really impressed. The app itself is super flexible — I was able to build the exact layout I wanted without needing to touch any code. When I ran into a small issue, their support team responded really fast and fixed everything within minutes. They were super professional and easy to talk to. It’s rare to find both great functionality and great support in one app, but PageFly delivers on both. Highly recommend it if you want more control over your store’s design.
