Live support was great and responsive. My issues was resolve almost immediately. Pagefly is cost worthy compare to other page builders, the loading was greatly improved

This app is fantastic! It helped me easily design my site exactly how I imagined it. But the best part is their live chat with the most incredibly helpful staff! I definitely recommend this app!

Ok, I'll start out by saying I am a novice and web builders can be tricky. I hit a few snags but the support was awesome and they quickly helped my fix the issue. Amazing service and support. Would highly recommend.

I built the shop using Pagefly. Took my time learning it, so awesome and user friendly. Check their Youtube videos for lessons!

This app allowed me to add more complicated features to certain pages of my store that you just can't do with a standard Shopify page. The helpdesk is also great. For the few times I've needed to seek help from them, they've always been able to provide me with a solution to the issues I've had in an timely and really polite manner. Thanks to Randy in particular for the help you provided me with recently.

So impressed with this app, and beyond amazed with the live chat support. Not only did they answer my questions but would quickly jump in and fix it - during and outside of business hours here in the US! I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I've been using this app for a few years now (times flies!). What I really like about it is the freedom to customize your pages. My theme is great but having the creativity to move things around how I please has gone great. And the support is unmatched. They're there to lend a helping hand and educate you on what the problem was.

I really like this app. Super easy to create pages but more importantly, the chat support and follow up support is very responsive and very helpful. The support is always willing to help answer questions on any little thing I am attempting to do and I find them enjoyable to work with. Would like to have a little flexibility on being able to customize the number of pages in the billing plan around to suit our company's needs (i.e. the plan provides 30 pages of each type - there are a couple of types I would most likely never use - so would love to have those 30 pages customized to allow me 60 regular pages for instance so I get the full value of the number of pages I am paying for). Other than this one "complaint" or wishlist item, I highly recommend this app just based on the great support alone.

Using this app, really helped us bring our store to the next level. Usually with shopify you are very limited when it comes to customizing your theme, but PageFly allows you to build everything you have in mind, just with drag and drop.
