One of the most reassuring features an app can have is their customer service. I needed help with a few random questions and I was able to get a representative (Randy) on the chat immediately, and he was able to successfully walk me through the issue at hand. Je travaillais sur un autre éditeur de page mais j’ai eu des problèmes pour faire différentes pages sur le PC et mobile alors que sur cette application tout est super simple, avec un chat ultra réactif et compétent ! Excellent!

Can't recommend this app highly enough. I'm so happy with how my finished site has turned out, I wouldn't have been able to achieve it without page fly. I've also had a few glitches since launching but the chat support have helped to fix in an instant! Amazing service, thank you page fly!

This app is amazing! I truly recommend. Even more so, the customer support is FANTASTIC. They respond so quickly and at all hours of the night. I can honestly lean on them for any help or questions I might have.

I want to give 6 stars, but only 5 exist ! PageFly Support is not only for basic or starting, but really with you and your goal, together. They quickly understand, ask the direct question to go pro to what you can do with many and many features they offer large area of tunning. I'm glad to use PageFly ! (BELGIAN)

What I did not enjoy is that I have to learn how to use this app. What I do enjoy is that they have tons of video tutorials and 24/7 support when your stuck and frustrated. And so far support is quick, patient and knowledgeable. Wish Shopify would have this level of service!!!

Pagefly is very intuitive and easy to use. We had a few glitches with our install/theme and the PageFly team were super communicative + helpful with jumping in and getting it sorted. Kudos to Megan + the PageFly team. FEATURE REQUEST: It would be awesome to get blog sidebars + sticky sections incorporated into the app :)

Great App, but the most impressive thing about PageFly is the incredible support team. They respond rather quickly and are beyond helpful. Hailey in particular went the extra mile to help with an issue I hadn't even asked about. Very professional, I honestly can't believe this is available for free!

This tool is simple to use. In parts it can be a bit fiddly, as every page builder is, but every time I get stuck the team have someone available to answer my questions. My site is already looking much more professional. Thank you !

PageFly is really convenient and easy to use, it still needs some improvements on some areas, but I am not worried about the fact that this apps will provide a lot more in the future. The support and dev teams were patient and so useful to help us build our pages. 100% recommended !
