Great app! It is a must if you want to easily design and manage pages on your Shopify store. It has a huge selection of features that are easy to edit, and their team is very responsive and helpful! I would definitely recommend.

Pagefly made building my shopify store so much easier and quicker. but few features are still missing compared to the competition.

The new version has been stable, and I’ve noticed some small additional features that are helpful, such as compact text. Also, the hover and focus stage are also more responsive and work as expected which is great. The support team has been very responsive and always resolves my issues, a shoutout to Hai Linh espeically. There are not many technical problems nowadays, and I’m looking forward to the next generation of the editor. However, I kindly request that the impact on the online version be minimized during system upgrades.

Dev team only works at GMT +7, so if you are not in a time zone like this will be very hard to handle with any issues.
Dear Madicaza representatives, On behalf of the PageFly Team, I would like to send you the deepest apology for any inconvenience and issue you had with our app and support team. I have sent you an email about the issue and informed you that the issue was fixed by our Technical team - but I haven't heard back from you yet. Could you please check and confirm with us as this is very important. Regarding the support performance, this is a big lesson for us. I make sure there will be a serious improvement to enhance deeper technical support range, even though we do have Technical team 24/7. We really appreciate your honest feedback here and really hope to have another chance to get back your trust as you are so important to us. There is nothing more important than getting back your satisfaction. We have followed up to you but we haven’t heard back from you yet. As a manager, I felt sad about our team's performance and we take responsibility for this issue from our app and support. We want to do everything we can to make things right. The support I got to get set up and build my first custom home page was incredible! I have literally been chatting for like 3hrs and they helped me through the process. I am no expert and normally page builders tie me in knots. I get so confused with terms etc. So I am very happy

PageFly is an amazing app, it's allowed us to create pages with layouts and navigation that we would not have otherwise had been able to do ourselves. They are constantly updating the templates that are available, and the ability to customize the individual pages is fantastic.
