I am not technical at all and the PageFly Builder has been very easy for me to learn and use. When I have run into any issues (special HTML code needed, or I'm uncertain how to do something), the PageFly customer support has been 5 stars! They respond within minutes and help answer my questions right away. I'm happy with this app.

I was a bit confused at first (new to building webpages), but support walked me through it. I appreciate the step by step instructions and the video tutorials they provide. Customer support is a huge help and got everything running for us.

A bit of a learning curve but the training videos are very helpful. The 24/7 support staff is EXCELLENT. Most issues/questions resolved during first contact. Highly recommend...

Pagefly makes designing a professional website no longer a nightmare for me. Easy to use, fast and enthusiastic support, reasonable fees. I usually wake up early to work. One day I needed support at 6:00 a.m. or 5:30 a.m. (I don't remember clearly), but someone was still supporting me. I was really surprised and very satisfied with the service. If there was only 1 app kept on Shopify, I would definitely keep Pagefly. Thank you.
