I needed to have one video for mobile and one for desktop and this was the solve. The support was great and helped when there was a layout issue in about 5 min. Great experience.

Great app, amazing customization options, and best of all it has an excellent customer support. I had some checkout issuses and when I contacted them, I had a guy helping me instantly with the issue- he even sent me a loom video explaining everything to me. It deserves 5 stars to be honest.

Very good respond from pagefly,the teach you very patient.And help you solve lots of problem.I hope the page design will be more easy,cause they still have some case need css to adjust.but all in all the service is terific.

I can’t say enough good things about PageFly! This app has completely transformed how I customize my Shopify store. The drag-and-drop builder is incredibly intuitive, making it so easy to create stunning pages even if you’re not a designer or developer. But what truly sets PageFly apart is their support team. Their customer service is beyond incredible! Every time I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been so quick to respond and genuinely patient. They don’t just give you solutions—they go above and beyond to make sure you understand how everything works, and they often come up with ideas to make things even better than I imagined. I’ve worked with a lot of apps, but I’ve never had such a positive experience with a support team. It feels like they’re part of my own team, always there when I need them. If you’re looking for a powerful tool with first-class support to back it up, PageFly is the way to go. Highly recommend it!

Pagefly's customer services is the best Shopify app customer service there is! You cannot tell me any different. They are always on hand and very technical. They usually solve EVERY problem. THE BEST! Period.
