Customer support deserves 5 stars, they are really helpful. Thythy did a nice job with recommendations for my landing page. The only issues I have experienced until now, are related to how the app works along others. I use Up Cart, and when you have a direct buy button, the product doesn't appear immediately on the cart, until the 2 or 3d time. Other issue is the page loading speed while editing, it could be better, I have to refresh continuously.

Really easy going app to get great results. I had an issue integrating a third app and Miracle from client support fixed it in just a few minutes

Not only is the app intuitive and super easy to use, the customer service is OUTSTANDING. I really cannot say enough good things about them. This is a company that is committed to their customers, and I started with their free plan just to test, not expecting such personal, caring and super fast service. It's a Saturday night, and they helped me trouble shoot something that I really should have known on my own. I am looking forward to my tests being successful and purchasing a paid plan. I've literally never experienced such great customer care. To me, that's the most important part of a product like this. Thank you guys for making this such a great experience!

I’m really impressed with PageFly! As a novice, I found it extremely easy to use, even without any coding experience. The interface is intuitive, and there are plenty of templates available if you don’t want to build from scratch. Their inbuilt customer support is outstanding—always responsive and willing to help. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build a professional-looking store without hassle!

Added PageFly to my Shopify store to test. Very first thing I did was try to create a full width image slider for 3 images. Very basic and simple that would normally take me 30 seconds to setup but it's been an hour since I started, 30mins with support and I still can't get one image slider with 3 images working. First it came with a gap around the image slider that eventually we had to sift through multiple lines to work out there is a column spacing setting that is separate to padding or margins. But I can't get the pagination to be in the image which is ridiculously standard but instead it's on a separate line that at best can be adjusted to sit on the edge of my phone sometimes. Insane. 1 hr and still can't get a simple image slider working. Glad I didn't buy the premium pack. Shopify is just another horrible Wordpress. Why anyone uses it is beyond me. Time to move on.
