Only just loaded this app. Took a little while to work out how to use it but once you get the hang of it, there is loads of scope. Had a minor problem publishing for the first time and the online help was really good and sorted it out and showed me how to do it for the future. Will be now editing more pages

The staff are super helpful and always respond and show you how to do things, and their manuals are easy to understand. It's got pretty good capabilities in terms of designing pages.

A good App helping us so much in building the site. It's a combination of many great functions. The service team and the developer team are always kind to help us fix problems.

First day using the app its pretty easy, but theirs some things you have to dig more into. The preview changes sometimes don't translate once its live. Support was support helpful in helping me fix these things.

I’m not in love with this app, but I have yet to delete it - JUST in case. Here’s what I do and don’t love: 1. It’s pretty easy to use and I was able to create a pretty decent little homepage with it, above what Shopify had to offer with the basic/free themes. 2. That being said, it slowed my website down tremendously. It wasn’t a fancy homepage (literally just a small gallery of my newest products, a FAQ section, and a small slideshow of a handful of reviews). My shop speed dropped down into the low 20s and only bounced back up after disabling the PageFly homepage. 3. It also drives me crazy that you can only create one page at a time. I understand not being able to publish multiple pages for free, but it’s really frustrating that you can’t have multiple unpublished drafts at the same time. I can’t see how a new idea looks without deleting the current page and having to re-do the original work if the new idea doesn’t look as I’d hoped. Again, a huge, huge turnoff and a big reason for the docked star. Again, my experience hasn’t been truly terrible. It does what it’s supposed to do, but between the single draft and the huge drop in site speed, it’s not an app I like to activate.

Useful app to create landing pages for ad campaigns for our ecommerce business - today I needed a page to go live for a campaign but noticed a technical issue which was resolved in under 20 minutes by contacting Aldwin on the live chat - this was a complete lifesaver!

The app is quite easy to use but the real advantage is the support with a great team, always ready to help and give us a solution to our problem. It helped me building my ecommerce with the flexibility I needed. Good experience.

I use this app to create additional pages on my shopify site, really easy to use and every time i got stuck on something, the developers managed to help and resolve straight away through their chat feature. One of the good things about their support is the use of video screen sharing to walk through any issues, it's super easy to understand. however, needs more page templates to really love this app!

We've been extensively using PageFly for a couple of years now and there are some major positives and negatives. Positives: - It's a flexible platform with many options to change website layouts to your pleasing and if you aren't that tech savvy, it's pretty user friendly for beginners. - The support is second to none, the developers at PageFly are available around the clock and are super knowledgable, when running a busy business this is critical. - The platform is constantly updating, this is great when keeping on trend and up to date with the market. A nightmare when the change effects the current aesthetics of your current website layout. Negatives: - Some big changes were made 12 months ago and ever since, the site has been rather clunky - We have to go into the back end of our site every week now to make sure automatic changes made by PageFly haven't occurred. This is happening all the time unfortunately. For example, our Instagram plugin is constantly being turned off or the format of a mobile page is completely different to what it looked like 1 week ago. - It's really annoying to develop a page in 'All Devices' and then have to develop Laptop, Tablet and Mobile separately. This is massively time consuming, I'm not sure whether this is standard or not. All in all, still a great platform - just needs some work on recent changes.

The customer service is very attentive and you get answers in the form of videos, which I like a lot since i tried another well-known app, i think this one is the best software on the market. however, it is also expandable, for example it is very annoying that you have to edit all views (mobile/laptop...) one by one.

It's quite user friendly and less of a learning curve than other apps considering the cost. Also the tech support service is great. Definitely happy with this app and would recommend it.

I used this app to create product pages for my new shopify store and it takes some getting used it but with patience and watching the tutorials a few times, you will create very good looking product pages with this app

This is the first time I have used this software, it is not very easy to operate, and the customer service response is relatively slow, but the customer service is very patient to answer questions, and give a more convenient method, I think I will operate this software smoothly

I'm not good at English, but I asked questions using translation tools. He checked the situation very carefully and solved my problem. It was a very good response. If you want to raise the problem of the tool, I feel that you should implement the function that leads to the improvement of page speed. After page customization, you need to take action to improve page speed, which is a daunting task. Also, I think we can have more templates. However, I love PageFly!
