I'm new to working within Pagefly's interface directly, as we typically use 3rd party developers. I got help from Customer Service and they were excellent in helping guide me through some previewing issues I was having. I will be sure to use their chat support again in the future when there's a need.

It's easy to use and there are many features. It doesn't need coding skill. The design is flexible and there are many templates to choose from. Customer service is great too. Miracle is easy to communicate and his direction is simple to follow.

I usually like to figure stuff out on my own. I had an idea that I couldn't get to work after a few hours of trial and error and my lack of experience. Since PageFly had been recommended I decided that it was time to contact them. Within minutes of working with the PageFly support team, it was done. Talk about taking the stress out of putting up a store. Update: Due to the excitement of our product response, I was tasked with re-building the store front with a much more complicated profile in a matter of one day to keep everyone happy. Well, PageFly support to the rescue again. My head was spinning with the learning curve but, they were right there and made it happen. This is the definition of great customer service.
