It's not about the product, it's all about the customer service & support and PageFly's support services are awesome! PageFly is a great product, absolute value for money and their support is the cherry on top. I highly recommend them. I had an issue and spent a whole day to resolve it myself but couldn't get it done, so I reached out to their support team and they resolved it in a few minutes, amazing support. Keep it up Team PageFly, you guys are awesome!

I am setting up a new product page and am finding PageFly a complete game changer, not least in respect of being able to set up my product images and thumbs exactly as I want this to look. The support and help from the PageFly team is fantastic! Thoroughly recommend!

I commend their service and assistance. I was not able to find the solution to minimize the slow-loading page, but they were on hand to help me out, and it's working properly now. Kudos to their team, especially to Abed for his efficient response. It's a good thing I contacted them, as it required some tweaks using HTML console coding (I don't know what that is called). Overall, thank you so much!

PageFly is awesome! This 3rd party app allows you to make so many customizations to your store and contains a ton of great templates that sets you up for success. It allows your store to stand out from other shopify stores! Recently I needed help that I was not able to figure out on my own so I reached out to the live chat. They were quick to respond and did whatever it took to solve my problem, which didn't take too long at all. Thanks to Syed he was able to solve my problem! I will continue to use PageFly and highly recommend others to as well!

So far I have found it easy to build exactly what I want. I asked for support for a few things today, my first day using PageFly, and the support team were amazing. They stayed with the support ticket until it was fully resolved. They were able to do a custom fix for me that I would never have been able to do myself. Thanks to Saeed on the tech support team for his professional & friendly support. What a great customer service person. Can't live without it, once you see the building options you have here, you won't go back to basic Shopify. Support though? Oh boy, support alone needs a 10/10 on its own. It's beyond insane! The support team will go above and beyond to fulfill your needs and even go as far as do it for you! As long as it's within their power and knowledge; they'll have you covered! Definitely one of the best apps i came across. And honestly it's a game changer!
