I just downloaded the app and had a lot of questions because I have been looking for an app that also covers international returns. This app does that but I needed to know how and what. Jessca answered all my questions (and there were a lot) swiftly and provided screenshots to show me where to go. Jessca was really brilliant. Thanks very much Jessca!

Was excited about the app but it has limited features with regards to accepting/rejecting returns of certain items/orders. No option to approve/reject a return based on a tag associated with an order or with a product. We use Shopify to tag orders and products for a variety of reasons. Some of these tags make an order ineligible for return. This app will not accommodate those tags.

I had some issues with the automatic email reply, but the support could help me out, even on Saturday afternoon. That's what I call customer service. My problem has been solved very quick, because the support ( thanks to Zessa) guided my through each step. Thanks very much.
