Great product works super well! We love it, and it helps keep compliance aligned. I will say a little complicated to set up but they are quick to respond and have set up or helped set up more of our shipping zones. This app is great

We've been using Parcelify for a few weeks and have been very impressed. We have several unique shipping issues, all of which were solved very easily using Parcelify. The user interface is very intuitive and we were able to migrate shipping profiles to Parcelify with only about an hour of setup time. We submitted two questions to the Parcelify team during setup, both of which were answered thoroughly and promptly. We highly recommend Parcelify!

I've been using Parcelify for over a year now and it's really helped simplify my shipping options when I have a wide variety of products that require different box sizes. I did encounter customers reporting a shipping error at checkout, and reached out to support about the issue. Alex helped troubleshoot and discovered where the problem was - my own mistake when assigning the profiles - and explained how to fix it and prevent the issue in the future. Very responsive, clear to understand, and overall a wonderful support experience. I would definitely recommend this app.

I am rating the Parcelify app 5/5 stars because we have been using it across 3 stores for many years now with no issues. The new version required some getting used to, but we are already seeing the benefits of the new format. It's a solid app, give it a try to see if it meets your needs and continue using without fear that it will 'disappear' in a year or two like others. I am rating the support team (namely Alex M.) 5/5 stars because of: Responsiveness (multiple email exchanges within an hour of submitting ticket) Professionalism (friendly tone, well written messages, clear and concise, never minimizing my problem or passing the buck to Shopify support) Familiarity (problem identified within two email exchanges, temporary fix put into place immediately) Solutions (instructions on long term fix delivered within two hours of ticket submission)

App seems to be working perfectly. We have had no end of problems with customers using our free UK shipping option despite not being located in the mainland UK. But thanks to this app we have been able to exclude these areas and we have been able to offer a discount for orders over a certain amount, which previously we could only do for mainland UK orders. Customer support is also excellent, most replies were within a few hours, sometimes even quicker. Our personal experience was with Patrick who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

We have a business that uses 3 different couriers with 3 different rates for each courier. Parcelify has completely streamlined how we are able to charge shipping and will save our team hours a week on manual work to modify orders. Alex was very responsive with support to help us get everything set up how we need. I can't recommend this enough for anyone looking to streamline shipping headaches with Shopify!

I am beyond impressed with this app's custom shipping rates feature. It has made managing my Shopify store's shipping so much easier and more efficient. The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and the ability to set custom shipping rates based on weight, location and other factors has saved me so much time and hassle. It has been especially useful in standardizing shipping rates for the wide breadth of products we carry which all have drastically different sizes and weights. The customer service team is also top-notch. They were quick to respond to my questions and offered helpful solutions when I encountered any issues. I would give Alex 10 Stars if I could! I highly recommend this app to any Shopify store owner looking to streamline their shipping process. It has greatly improved my store's operations and has given me peace of mind knowing that my customers are receiving accurate shipping rates.

We've been using Parcelify to help us with our shipping rates since we started using Shopify back in 2015. It's easy to set up special rates. Though I do wish I could set one up that overrides another when it's called for but so far that's not a setting.
2015! Thank you so much for your loyalty and your kind words. It means a lot to us. Many merchants like yourself have asked for ways to have shipping rates override one another, often wanting to select the more expensive or least expensive option. We've got it on our roadmap for later this year, keep an eye on your inbox!

I only review apps after i've been using them for a while as I beleive it gives a more accurate picture and I've been using this app for a number of years now and have only good things to say. Yes it can be a little complex to understand how to create rules but once you get your head around the logic its not to difficult & its a very powerful app. Most recently we have set this up to charge different shipping rates to our customers in New Zealand who live in Rural delivery areas via a postcode rule. We emailed Parcelify to find out if what we wanted to acheive was possible with a formula and they came back to us quickly with a simple formula to create a rule that works perfectly. In summary the app is reliable, powerful, affordable and the support is top notch. AAA+++ for Parcelify.

Parcelify's support team is amazing! We tried reaching out as we were in the process of a site overhaul. Alex, from Parcelify, then introduced us to version 2.0. Migration took a lot of email exchanges but Alex was super patient and accommodating. Super happy that we've fully migrated to 2.0, PLUS! We gained a friend <3

I have been using the app for a couple of years now. It really makes things much easier and gives you full control of how your shipping is handled. The support I received was awesome and totally resolved my problem. I would recommend this app to anyone that wants total control of their shipping (especially if you use multiple vendors with different shipping rates). Thanks Alex and Richard!
