Really fantastic app with the best tech support! I emailed back and forth with Richard & Alex who were both amazingly helpful and helped me get all my settings figured out!

Very versatile shipping app that lets you get into the nuts and bolts of the shipping price. It makes per-item fixed shipping prices possible (something that should have been included as part of your Shopify store without paying extra for an app). The logic involved with programming your shipping prices into Parcelify is easy make mistakes with, but fortunately the customer support is Very Good, and within a day of asking for help, you get it. The price is also low, compared to other shipping apps. If Parcelify was easier to understand/use right out of the gate, it would rate 5 Stars. As it is, when considering Ease Of Use, Versatility, Customer Support, and Price, I think 4 Stars is fair.

App more and more intermittent. We are loosing carts and Support online doesn´t exist. (Easy to install? yes. Simple to use? Yes., Trustworthy? No. Is not first time with this issue.)

This APP is AMAZING!! We use Shipwire and FBA for shopify orders, with this app we are able to make the system work 100% automatically, super handy!

Ive been wondering whether to give this app 4 or 5 stars for some time as it can be really complex. However I came to realise that the reason for this is that UK shipping is a really complicated affair! So complicated in fact, it took me weeks to configure all eventualities. Despite the odd anomaly, this app has given me the ability to configure all sorts of options. In total, I have had to create approximately 120 shipping rates that apply to different scenarios including next day, 2 day, free and pallet shipping. If you have some knowledge of "regular expressions" this is a great help! Also, for all those complaining that you need to be on a higher plan...just go on a yearly subscription and ask Shopify to activate "Shipping Calculator". That is what I did and I remain on the basic plan but pay less for paying annually! Win Win!

Absolutely love this app! Makes it so simple to separate all my shipping options by so many differentials. Took a while to figure out how to get it all right, but the support team were very helpful and now all my different shipping options work perfectly - and proof is in the pudding! Have been getting offshore orders with no problems - thanks Parcelify!

Its a great concept, but its not working for me some rates work that I set up others dont, Im using the exact same rules but its not working. Ive reached out to Shopify who sent a request to contact me and I also sent an email and no response. This is really putting a damper on business and I cant wait for a response.

Parcelify worked exactly as I imagined it would. Thanks to Alex's awesome, enthusiastic help and instructions, I was able to do all the custom shipping rules needed per product / product set (including setting rates for different qtys ordered, and which countries the product can be shipped to). Tip: if you don't see the rates show up at the beginning, you have to click troubleshoot then sync with Shopify. Only need to do this at the very beginning so that the rules show up on your cart :)

AAAAARRRGH! Hours and hours of frustration! Finally got the app to work but having given up and trying others they're much the same. 1. watch the video which is on getting started page (dev site) not docs where it should be and even then it leaves questions. 2. you have to have your countries set in Shopify's settings or the zones you create in the app won't work! This really is something Shopify should provide and make it intuitive as it's pretty fundamental stuff!

Yay a Shopify to provide a FREE PICK UP / or Click and Collect based on postal codes / zip codes. This app will solve the problem that is repeatedly discussed in the SHOPIFY forums and no one else seems to have found this solution! I can now specify free pick up only if the buyers zip code is in a designated address. Unlike other store owners who are having problems because people choose the free up option when they are miles away creating a time consuming hassle. Parclify needs to get on the forum and let these people know! I looked for a free work around but there was none so this is the best option! Stop looking and get it now!

This is the exact app that i've been desperately searching for over the course of the last month! The ability to set different rates for different products, of different weights, in different countries and have full control over what conditions these rates will be viewed under is amazing! Very user friendly and great integration. Highly recommend this app.

I used this app to break down Postcodes into suburbs and offer different delivery rates according to the suburb. Thank goodness I came across Parcelify. It does the job perfectly.

THE BEST. We spent 2 days trying EVERY shipping app. Unfortunately we came across this one last. Every other app was over built and didn't function properly. This one did exactly what we needed (free shipping for retail customers - charge shipping for wholesalers). GET THIS APP.

No way to sort/organize your rates in the backend interface making it a nightmare to juggle more than a few rates. It does what we need it to but is not even close to being user friendly. Built a user base as a free app, but they have yet to make any improvements or add any features since they started charging for it though that was their claimed reason.

We spent 2 days beating our heads against a wall trying to find the right solution. Parcelify resolved every issue within minutes once we downloaded the app! We offer free local delivery to certain zip codes in our area, we are not food delivery, we did not need the extensive calendar with pick your day and time for delivery. We just needed a basic, only allow free local delivery within these specified areas by zip code to solve our problem. HOME RUN! Thank you!!! ~Shipwrecked Properties LLC

We have tested other well-known apps and couldn't manage to set up those complex rules (combining price constraints, product constraints and even geo-location donw to the ZIP code constraints) we had to implement. So simple, yet so powerful! Support has been awesome and even provided some new features in no time.

For the money, this application is the best bang for your buck. It is a wee bit complicated to use but the kind lads working there spend much time, over email, explaining and teaching me how it all worked. Would recommend.

This app Rocks! It really helped us out a lot because we have a Free shipping option for orders over $95 (but we needed it to only be in effect if the order was under 3 kg.) We were able to create a flat rate for orders over $95 and over the 3 kg but under 5 kg. We have a reduced calculated rate for all orders over the 5 kg as well so you can see that we needed by price and by weight options. I have to say this is quite impressive if you have a logical mind. He has taken something very difficult and reduced it to a set of reasonable easy to understand rules. Very useful. TBH we will probably outgrow this but as an out of the box solution it is a brilliant solution to Shopify's sometimes bewildering lack of inbuilt functionality.
