They have helped us solve that every part of the transactional messages in Parcel Panel Order Tracking now has been translated to our native language. The best tracking app for Shopify hands down, and I've used a few different ones. The customer service is really good, they are super nice and helpful and reply within a few minutes in the live chat which is awesome

super nice. really brings it all together nicely for both the customers and the fulfillment team. The dashboards are great, and order tracking page reduces the amount of messages we receive. Works for South African couriers too!

Just had a chat with Lexie, who helped me to solve my issue in literally one minute. This is top-notch service :) Now about the app: I love the dropshipping mode that will let you exclude several phrases from the tracking details. Another feature I heve not seen often, is the opton to manually translate (or exchange) standard tracking messages to your personal liking. All in one: I am super happy with this app and defenitelyy going to keep it :)
