The best tracking app for Shopify hands down, and I've used a few different ones. The customer service is really good, they are super nice and helpful and reply within a few minutes in the live chat which is awesome

super nice. really brings it all together nicely for both the customers and the fulfillment team. The dashboards are great, and order tracking page reduces the amount of messages we receive. Works for South African couriers too!

The Parcel Panel app is awesome. I used another app to track my orders, but these days I use the parcel panel. The price of app is affordable for small businesses and the support service is excellent. I love how Lexie has helped me whenever I need help.
