Just installed it. It connected quickly and was able to get the tracking from all my orders in the last month automatically - even pointing out that we had a few shipments with failed delivery attempts.

Great customer service, easy to use and very user friendly. Customizable receipts and love how it integrates seamlessly with the existing design of the store. Always available and quick to response from customer service.

Recently started using the app and so far seems too promising. Till now my customer support team had a really bad time responding to the customer queries about tracking. Now things seems to be sorted.

Very helpful, they know what they're talking about and can actually answer your questions. The tracking quota plans are a hassle, because they make the more realistic pricing ones not have enough lookups, forcing you to buy the more expensive ones that smaller businesses may not be able to afford

This app gets the job done! I've been using it for several years now and I'm very happy with it. It's easy to set up, to customize, it seamlessly integrates with my store and makes the work so much easier. The support has always been outstanding, very fast response-time and always with a quick solution at hand. In my 5+ years with Shopify this is an e-commerce essential, one of very few apps, you simply need!
