Great support from Erik and the team. They always reply asap and fix the little issues right away. App costs in my opinion are very suitable. You get a reliable, convenient, fast way to process your orders. Plus you get ready to go Parcel Locker integration that fits into Shopify perfectly. Highly recommended!

Great support and fast integration. I totally recommend them :). We tried to use other apps for the same task, but definitely this is the best one for CEE region.

Great app and greater helpdesk! In a day - I will repeat 1 day(not a few hours only because of me) they set the whole shipping possibilities. I am glad about the service, and I am glad about the look of the app. It was a great-great help for me!

Parcely works perfectly in our use case. Since we had multiple projects ongoing Parcely support took care of us in terms of shipping - they configured everything around it and has been always SUPER responsive. The app allows us to extend our business to whole Europe.

A good application that can seem to be a little complicated at the start, but customer support is very helpful and responds really fast. I had a custom solution that I needed to create with different shipping zones, rates, and providers and they connected to my shop and set up everything exactly as I needed.

Very fast customer service. All the setup for parcel was made by parcely.app team. Using app more than 6 months and it makes shipping process for us really easier.

At first, I was a bit confused about the Parcely setup, because I couldn't add the Widget to my cart page. I was surprised that the Parcely team offers free help to set up the app. So they solved it very fast for me.

Really good customer service and fast help (in Estonian). We got our issues with Omniva parcel locker shipping all solved within a day. 100% reccommend!

We have been searching for shipping solution for some time and i must say, that parcely.app solve all the problems, other apps couldnt. Big + is widget in the cart (not at the end of the checkout). We needed support assist, because of some bugs cause by errors in our site code. Support solved it really fast, even set up whole checkout process, so it will work perfectly. They are real pros! :) Cheers
