PayWhirl Subscriptions

We've been using PayWhirl Subscriptions for about a year now and are very happy with it. It makes managing subscriptions simple and straightforward, and we especially like the calendar overview, which makes it easy to see when upcoming subscriptions are due. We've also contacted the developers a few times and have always received very fast, friendly, and helpful support. Definitely recommended!

I did extensive research before choosing PayWhirl, and what really stood out were the glowing reviews about their exceptional customer service compared to other developers. For first-time setup calls, there was a wait of a few days to get scheduled, but was totally worth it. That said, if you think you’ll need setup assistance, I’d recommend giving yourself at least a week before your anticipated launch to ensure everything is properly in order. My scheduled video call was with Lincoln, who was incredibly patient and thorough in answering all my questions. He guided me through the entire setup and even sent a detailed summary afterward. Since then, I’ve had follow-up questions, and Lincoln has consistently responded quickly and personally. It’s rare to find such attentive and personal support from a tech team these days, but Lincoln and PayWhirl have truly delivered me peace of mind. If you’re looking for a subscription app and want reliable, stress-free support when you need it (because you likely will), PayWhirl is the right choice.

the help/tech team is terrible! Was not happy with the app at all!

Works great and is easy to get started

Chris helped me troubleshoot a tech issue which required a lot of back and forth and multiple attempts to solve the problem. He stuck with me each step of the way with prompt responses until it was resolved. I highly recommend!

9 years of running my subscription box on another platform...SO nervous about switching.... Paywhirl held our hands through the entire migration and we were able to migrate 100% of our subscribers over!!! Just frustrated at myself for waiting so long to switch over to Paywhirl. So happy we did!

I enjoy the fact I can share reminders with my subscribers and be able to pause or cancel their memberships with no problems as sometimes customer's may want a sense of the store being able to handle it.

This version includes everything I could have hoped for at the price. The app offers a solid API and smooth Klaviyo integration, and the setup process is straightforward. Overall, my experience has been very positive so far, aside from a few minor glitches at the beginning.

Good App. but support is inactive !

PayWhirl really does it all. Not a stone unturned, which gives me more time to focus on my business. Our sales have nearly doubled after we put all of its features into place. I’m grateful for this app and all the people who support it! It’s amazing!
