We've been using PayWhirl for our wine club subscription for the past four years, and it's been the best. They're very reasonably priced, their backend is easy, intuitive, and smooth, and their customer service is second to none. Truly. I've never experienced customer service as quick, kind, and ones that get into the weeds with you to figure out whatever is needed. Highly recommend!

We have been using the PayWhirl app for the past few years, and it has been incredibly easy to use. It offers full customization for any type of business, making it highly versatile. Additionally, their customer support is excellent, with quick and responsive assistance.

We use PayWhirl mainly for our coffee club membership. It gave us an opportunity to add the subscription service at the start of the membership year. One of the features, I liked most is the ability to change monthly coffee based on which product we choose to feature for that month . We will continue to use PayWhirl with our coffee club membership as well as for regular subscription.

Easy for us to use as a small business, EASIER to use for our customers. PayWhirl makes the process extremely smooth, for both business and consumer, both. Our favorite things about PayWhirl is that everything can be customized for our business, and the customer can always edit their subscription, which we love, so they're adding & buying more, monthly! I also love knowing there is a human support team behind the app, instead of AI. That one thing alone keeps us with PayWhirl.

If you're thinking of offering a subscription service to your customers, I highly recommend PayWhirl. It was so easy to set up and integrates seamlessly with Shopify and Klayvio. The customer service is NEXT LEVEL and quick to respond. Any question you can think of, they've got it covered.

We have been using the ap for several years, it works well and we have been happy with it. Today however, I had a special request related to a new theme I am using on Shopify. I was not able to use the standard tools supplied by the theme for showing a sale price and an original price on a one time purchase without changing the % off on the recurring club pricing. I contacted customer service through Chat and I got Sergey which was the best stroke of luck I have had in a long time. Not only was he incredibly fast in understanding the problem he literally took the reigns and wrote special code for me to be able to do what I wanted to do. Perfection! He actually made it look better than I had asked for. This NEVER happens, usually I just figure my day is going to wasted when dealing with merchant customer service on any platform. Not today and not with Sergey. I am completely blown away by how fast he understood the issue and fixed it. And best of all, he is very kind and humble. He also provided a video for me to refer to when I want to change the % off for a different promotion and have to alter the code. This guy is a great employee. Very impressed.

We had an issue which turned out to be the theme and nothing to do with PayWhirl but the support team still took time to help us out with trying to troubleshoot and make it work. Outstanding support. The product works amazingly out of the box too. Highly recommend.

I've worked with many Shopify Apps, and let me tell you most of their customer service sucks! These guys on the other hand are fantastic! Lincoln was so helpful, and made the setup super easy!

I am in the midst of launching my e-commerce subscription and I am taking the DIY approach to building the site. Although, I feel that I am above average proficiency with DIY website builders I was having trouble incorporating Pay Whirl so I reached out to support via the chat feature. Even though it's nearly 11pm EST support staff answered immediately via the chat. I explained my issue, they offered a solution and offered to go in and fixt the problem with permission. I was totally fine with that and within 5 minutes my problem was solved!! Would definitely recommend!!

PayWhirl has made it possible for us to move forward improving our customer experiences and is always very helpful when I've had questions/need to fix something I've messed up. It's a bit of a learning curve, but they make it easy to learn.

I was having trouble with my bi-monthly subscription payments being pulled correctly. I scheduled a call with Lincoln and he was extremely helpful! He was able to fix the problem quickly and also help me with a few other housekeeping questions. I really appreciated his help and also how easy it was to fix!

Very impressed with the Subscription Payment setup options, the execution and even more so, the merchant support. I had some nuance changes that I had to make to offer my customers the ideal subsciption product, and the Paywhirl support team helpd me tremendously!

I was looking at changing our subscription box purchase plans. I had worked through adding the options and they were not showing up on the screen. Chris and Sergey looked into it for me. Sergey noticed that I had some custom work done which I had forgotten about and he took care of removing the coding. So now the proper purchase plan options are visible on my product page. All of this was done in less than 24 hours. Videos were sent to show the work they needed to do and when it was done. All in all, a great team to work with. I have been with them since the beginning and have nothing but wonderful things to say about this app. Laura :)
