PayWhirl Subscriptions

We started Using PayWhirl to offer subscription orders to our customers. We noticed that there were some features that were not available and we raised them with customer support, who dealt with them very efficiently. We now have those features available and more features are to be added in the future. Can't fault the service keep up the good work. Dew Products

We were looking for a simple, yet robust subscription app for our fast growing magazine and membership site! PayWhirl made it so easy to get setup. I was hung up on a couple settings, but with a ton of patience and clear direction - Sergey helped me in a jiffy. I really wish we had switched over to PayWhirl sooner, our subscriptions, and auto-renewals are so streamlined now. We're even able to migrate our current subscribers from our old Wordpress site so everyone is now in one place. 5 stars for PayWhirl. You won't regret this app, and the customer service is responsive and there to help you get the app going so you can concentrate on your growing your subscription business!

A cost effective app that enables you to offer subscriptions to your customers. They have been gradually releasing new features and consistently improving the app. If you have a question (like I did) they will respond quickly and do their best to help resolve your issue.

Customer service are great, really helpful and always manage to find a solution. Only issue is that its not 24/7 so when I have a problem in the UK, I need to wait until your office is open. Like that I can change when customers are charged but would prefer if this was automatic instead of me doing it manually.

Lacking in features vs other subscription apps and has bugs. - Barely any reporting or analytics are available - no support for customers to swap products - You have to force customers to create an account before checkout (reduces checkout rate) so they can manage their subscription. No post-checkout account creation prompts. - Subscriptions renew at a different time from when the customer signed up. Sometimes this can tick over to the next day (your customers will enquire about this) - I've had subscriptions not being cancelled multiple times - leading to the customer being charged again. - No upsell or cross-selling features or one-time purchase discounts with subscriptions their shopify app is severely lacking compared to their external software which is unfortunate. The only positive that this app has is its integration with shopify checkout as opposed to redirecting.

Cant lie i was anxious to allow access to my stores coding, but none the less im SOO happy i did. This little coding task was a tremendous curve for me & so i reached out to Paywirl for help. The team was very transparent, speedy, communicated the process from start - finish (took them 2 minutes) then i closed there admin account on my store. ALL IS SAFE, NOW i have the coding working!! Any anxious small business owners worry no-more, reach out to this team. OH they also did it for free, my subscription is on the "free plan" so they provided a coder, the service FREE! So Happy!

I use this App to manage my monthly subscription program. It has really empowered me to grow my monthly box and to keep my customers happy with easy tech! I recommend this App to all people that ask about who to use! Paywhirl of course!!!! Plus they are super helpful and kind!

Great app and great team. They are constantly updating the app with users suggestions. I have reached out to the team a few times and they have always responded quickly to answer my questions.

Building and managing a subscriber community takes a lot of organization and marketing effort. Using the PayWhirl app we grew our first 400 subscribers within a few months; managing groups has been our biggest task but PayWhirl is always releasing new features to make this easier. Direct customer support within the app is amongst the best on the Shopify platform.

Love the new dashboard, especially the calendar feature to see when subscriptions are coming through. Excellent app and amazing customer service.

This is my first ever app review in my 4 years of using all different types of applications. Paywhirl has earned it by providing the best customer support I've ever experienced! Sergey helped to get everything installed correctly on my theme in minutes (if not seconds), plus added it (per my request) to the "Featured Product" section of my homepage. Later, I experienced a glitch/bug with the sale prices of my other products in the same collection as my subscription product. Sergey again responded immediately with the cause of the bug and multiple work around solutions to remedy the issue until the bug is fixed. Sergey also used Loom to share screen recording videos he made, showing exactly what was going on with my store's theme. It's was amazing!

Great customer service and super easy to set up! Looking forward to when the app will be launching their payment plan feature but am happy that you can manually integrate that into peoples subscriptions after their first order! Very pleased.

App works great! however my 5 starts goes for the support!! Their customer support is amazing, they help you through all the set up and every time you have a doubt they answer you fast and with solutions! Thanks PayWhirl team!

The app somehow does what it has to do, anyhow, once you deinstall it it leaves massive code in your shop. and that didnt make us happy at all.

amaaazing app! I have about 15 apps that support my shopify store and this is one of my favorites. they are constantly adding new features and their customer service is AMAZING! quick responses from a real person, love it! highly recommend.
