I just used this app, I do not know how people can give it 5 stars! This is a waste of money, it did nothing for my images, they are the same, no changes at all. Don't bother wasting your money, it does not work :( Very disappointed. I will remove it.

This app is an absolute joke. It does nothing at all other than taking your money. Does not change the size of your pictures on your website. Customer service is less than helpful, just asks you to resize more images (spend more money) to get it to work. Don't waste your time.

This app does not explain how it works. Resized all images but changed backgrounds. I don't see a way to reverse the sizing.

Thank you. It did NOT work. Images in my store are still all different sizes. Your app does not work for me

The worst app ever. This app is a shame they do not make all images square they do not restore your images if you want it... Plus there is always issues! Do not download this app!

TERRIBLE!!!! Ask for help since I have thousands of pictures to update and this service take forever. Found 20000 images and has been running for five days and not even half way done! Never heard a work from customer service..... Customer service just saying wait.They didnt make anything.

This would only be worth anything if you had product images on plain white backgrounds, as all it does is add a white background around the your image. Not sure how this was rated so high, but don't think that this will resize or crop your images, that's not what it does.
Hi there - unfortunately when you wrote this review Shopify did not have the feature for us to reply. We add white space so we don't crop anything out of the image. Our app resizes product images to be square so everything sits align as this is a major problem for merchants. We are working on a smart cropping tool. And will be in touch when we have this.

Very disappointed. I used this app and it caused a nightmare situation for my store. We had edited every photo on our website and the app reverted our photos to the previous versions. This app needs work. I would not recommend it.

This app cropped my photos horribly and I was unable to use them. Unfortunately, I did a bulk edit of over 1200 images. I immediately restored them on my site. I contacted customer service for help, but they they stated NO REFUNDS. Not even a credit. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
