Pixc: AI Photo Resize

Poor experience, wouldn't recommend.

It works sometimes, but it's not easy to find the file I want to work on, even if I search for the product name or the file name using the app search. I used the free resize given upon install. After I subscribed and paid the cost, it assumed the ones I used for free were the same for the paid version, so I ended up paying for what I used as a free user! So I need to pay for an individual resize or upgrade to a higher tier!! I was scammed for 0.50$ to resize one image!

Purchased $5 per month option. But it does not allow me to use the product.

Unfortunately, I still see different size images all over my "Party Wear" page.

J'ai payé comme me l'a demandé un assistant de cette App pour pouvoir redimensionner mes 13 000 photos et enlever les bordures de toutes mes photos et après des heures de redimensionnement d'image, j'en ai encore tout un tas qui n'ont même pas été retouchées et impossible de les retoucher car l'application ne me propose même pas de les retoucher. Je me retrouve donc avec un travail fait à moitié par l'application bien que j'ai pourtant payé pour avoir un travail fait correctement et surtout complètement. J'ai envoyé un mail à l'assistance, j'attend leur réponse car je suis vraiment déçu d'avoir dû payer 19.99$ pour un travail aussi bâclé.

The app is not functional, leading to false advertising. It has failed to deliver on promised features and has caused significant inconvenience.

worse experience ever, app charged 39.15$ at the time of activation and did nothing instead of providing resizing 50 images free.

Horrible App, left all pics with white frames. Now I have to reinstall 100 plus pictures. Worst experience.

1. Doesnt resize all images so the store looks worse, some images are really big some are really small. 2. Takes a long time, 6400 pictures to resize on my site took 48 hours total 3. corrupted some product pictures so now when I klick on the product it says the product doesnt exist. Good concept, poor excustion

Didn't change my photos, They seem out of sorts, and nothing is uniform. everything is a different size

Resized all images to have large white boarders? Site speed was slowed down by this. Cannot reccomend.

Nope... just NOPE... $20/month for this service and they won't let me cancel my subscription.. Scamy... Actually making me really mad I paid them

Aucune utilitée, je suis obligée de repasser derrière chaque photo, car soit elles sont grossit soit elles ont un tour blanc autour, autant les faire à la main... 1 par une....

When I first purchased the app, I thought I was going to be able to resize the images to the specific size that I needed but there was no option to do so. So after I paid per image and had all my images resized I realized that there was no option to set my specific size without upgrading. So then I upgraded to the monthly subscription to be able to set my max height/width and then realized that this doesn't apply to images smaller that what I set my max width to. I really would like a refund. I was not aware of the amount of limitations that came with this app.

I just ran this app for our store to resize 676 photos and I don't see any difference. I just paid for the premium version...I would rate this ap higher if it worked. Please get in touch.

So far I am not to impressed with this app. My photos are not all the same size. I don't understand what I paid for, because it did not do the job it was suppose to do.
