This App is great for moving your reviews from Amazon or Ebay. They have great support and everything works as advertised.

My store is long one, But in Short I could not be happier today - now that I have a product reveiw system that works - and works well!!! I was with Yotpo on bigcommerce platform - and all was well, Until we where forced to move off the BC platform (Due to Payment gateways) and bad mistake for By BC for South African E-commerce sites, We migrated to Shopify, After much Ado Yotpo was unable to migrate the review file with over 1400 reveiws they sent me the file. I searched fo a suitable app at an afordable price. I tried several and all i tried had short comings. Until I tried Opinnew - I found the service from Tomasz and installation that even over the weekend, he did - took the file and uploaded it formated and uploaded it beyond perfect or excellent. I have a system thte really works well! Thanks Tomasz.

Really great customer service from Tomasz. He is super quick to respond and happy to help as much as possible. The app itself is also really easy to use and looks fantastic on the site. Customers have started using the service pretty much straight away so will be a real asset for us.

I have been selling in both Amazon's USA and Canadian marketplaces and recently started my Canadian and USA Shopify online stores. Starting a new online store and no reviews means poorer sales until those reviews come in organically. The wonderful feature of the Opinew Product Review app is that this app allows me to import and synchronize, with a few simple clicks, all my Amazon reviews (from both my Amazon USA and Canadian Marketplaces). With this Opinew feature I can leverage all my Amazon reviews to provide the social proof to my Shopify store customers that they need to make an informed buying decision. Awesome. Moreover, the customer service provided by Opinew is absolutely amazing. I just activated my Shopify Canadian online store, and with the help of the wonderful team at Opinew I got all of my reviews transferred from my Shopify USA online store into my Canadian store. The Opinew Team went above and beyond to do this for us, as some custom coding was required. If you have been selling on Amazon and are now opening a Shopify online store - I very strongly recommend to you the Opinew Product Review App. Trust me you need this app. I love this app so much, I purchased it twice (one for my Shopify Canadian store and one for my Shopify USA store).

We love this app! It is very easy to set up and offers simple but powerful benefits. We are able to import our reviews from Amazon and manage settings with no issues. Reviews are so important to help customers feel confident with their purchase. We immediately experienced an increase in our conversion rate after adding Opinew and displaying customer reviews to our visitors. We had a few questions about setting up some of the extra features and the support team was very responsive and helpful. I wish we would have discovered Opinew sooner!

Needed a few minor tweaks upon installation and support actually responded within a few minutes on a Sunday evening - above and beyond in my opinion. Tweaks were quickly made and he even made a few suggestions for the layout. I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to in this case just because the support was so quick to respond and super helpful. App looks great in my shop - very happy!

We have recently installed Opinew on our store, replacing our previous review system. Opinew have developed a review app here which gives you great value for the money. Tomasz has been incredibly helpful in taking his time to help us get this set up on our site and we now have a more attractive looking set of reviews, with features such as the ability to reply in public, a great system for managing negative reviews, sending out coupons in review request emails and rich snippets. The stars plugin also lets you show the average review rating on each product on a collections page. This makes it really visible when browsing the store that we have positive reviews, which we hope will make the reviews even more powerful at building customer trust and increase conversions. Highly recommend for value, functionality and most definitely for the great support!
