So far so good. really like the fact this can integrate with Klaviyo and automate a lot of things. Also needed a little help and customer support helped a step further by providing some assistance for things that were outside of their control. So far really liking the simplicity of this app.

This is the worst app I have ever come across. DO NOT GO NEAR IT!! Reports show 600 entries for people who have one entry, and hundreds of missing entries. Excuses (if they reply to you) range from server issue to "sorry about that". If I could sue you guys, I absolutely would.

Game changer for customer retention! We give automatic entries to customers who leave reviews, and it's tripled our review rate. The automated winner selection and notification system saves us so much time. Great value for money and the team clearly cares about improving the app based on feedback.

Simple, clean, does exactly what it promises. No bloat, no unnecessary features. We run quarterly giveaways for our VIP customers and this handles everything smoothly. The draw is completely transparent which our customers appreciate. Fair pricing for what you get.

This app is everything I have been needing to manage raffles for my small business. It seemlessly work with orders made by my customers. Granting them tickets on the purchases, I like the tickets generation feature this app has. They have improved it alot since I used this app on my earlier store. recommed!

Not the best for our company, but good if you only run a few giveaways per year and never back-to-back raffles. This app has great features but is also very limited. As soon as we launched our first raffle, the app slowed down MASSIVELY. Like, waiting minutes upon minutes to get the page to load. They can send out emails to your customers automatically, but customization is limited, and many of our customers thought it was a scam. There is no way to schedule another giveaway for the future, you can only schedule one at a time. We run giveaways every month. So essentially, our marketing girl would have to stay up until midnight each month to set up the new one. That's not going to work. Once you end a raffle, you can no longer click into it to see who all entered. Make sure you download the CSV report of entries! And when you're not able to find the CSV like us, it's under the "reports" section. But it never tells you that, it just says "CSV generating." It doesn't automatically download to your computer or email to you. You need to click on "reports." Design and functionality is lacking. Support was quick to help with coding for color customization. I appreciated that. We are moving to a different app that can handle our needs better. This app is definitely good for the price.

Pine raffle not only help run an opportunity of a life time but wasn't with out a learning curve since this was our first raffle. Pineraffle customer service and support has been tremendous. This hopefully will be the first of many and long going relationship with pine raffle

This app has been a saving grace for our company! It has worked seamlessly for what weren’t trying to achieve and I love how customizable it has been. On top of it all, the customer support is A+!!! And that’s all I can really ask for; Sehar in particular has never left me hanging with all my questions and has actually made improvements to the app based on my specific needs/requests. Don’t look any further, full proof raffle app with A++ fast customer service that never lets you down. HIGHLY recommend this app for anyone with a Shopify/ e-commerce store looking to boost sales with a giveaway.

We have been utilizing the PineRaffle app for a while now, the hype is real. Support, especially Sehar has been a saving grace for us. She has always been more than willing to answer our questions, hops on a call when needed. They have always received our feedback positively and have made impreovement based on our suggestion which is very rare in the app world.

I emailed them with a problem being my font color of my website is white and the background of the pop up is white, The staff responded very quickly and gave me the correct code to fix them problem. I am very satisfied with the support team. Amazing Service!

I uploaded the app but then realized the application I needed didn't quite fit the app. They refunded quickly and will use the app in the future for raffles! Hope they add some ability to contact through their website as well. Thanks for quickly responding Pine.
