The reviews for this Shopify App are mixed, with both positive and negative feedback. Positive aspects include easy setup, daily product syncing, and the app being a new promotional channel. On the other hand, negative themes include issues with automatic synchronization of the entire inventory, high minimum ad spend requirements imposed by Pinterest, unexpected charges for ads, and difficulties in using the app effectively. Some users also mentioned problems with account deactivation and lack of clarity on how to sync directly from Shopify.
SUCH A BAD APP! I know I have ads running but there's no link to see them in the app!!!!!
Horrible app, has outsourced to some agency and they demand we advertise for atleast 18 lakhs in order to advertise and get approval. I am shocked at this clownery Pinterest.
Waste of time. Unprofessional and contradictory support. Integrating this app resulted in a complete waste of hours. After a support agent promised a human review of our store, we received a generic, automated template 18 hours later permanently blocking our domain by referencing their "spam" policy. Labeling a fully legitimate, original e-commerce store as web spam—without any dialogue, specific audit, or right of appeal—is deeply unprofessional. Paradoxically, Pinterest’s sales representatives continue to flood our inbox with invitations to purchase ad campaigns for the very same domain. A platform that misclassifies real businesses while aggressively soliciting their ad revenue is fundamentally unreliable for serious merchants. — definitionposters.com
