The app is not responding. As useless as you can imagine. Yikes. Don't even waste your time with this.
Absoluter Müll! Bereits das zweite mal wurde mein Pinterest Account gesperrt, nachdem ich diese App verwendet habe. Pinterest Support stellt sich dumm und hilft nicht. Shame on you Pinterest!
Awful user experience. Doesn't show you how to sync direct from shopify and was struggling to even link up. Also, When I tried to say 'bad' in my feedback, it said something went wrong, but the 'good' option works which is clearly review directing which is NOT okay. I actually think this is illegal.
It is full of problems and never works properly.
Given the size on Pinterest this really is a rubbish app. Many of the links just do not work and it's a nightmare to understand how the feed works. It also is impossible to tailor your feed.
After logging in, there are always errors and it can't be opened.
Tenéis conexión con shopify para hacer anuncios y pines del sitio web, pero, ah! sorpresa, tu dominio necesita al menos nueve meses de antiguedad. ¿Porqué no poneis eso antes de hacer perder el tiempo a la gente en configurarlo todo? Experiencia nefasta de usuario, muy mal explicado, hacéis perder el tiempo a la gente. Buscaré otras plataformas para anuncios, como las de Meta. Dudo que vuelva a usar la app de Pinterest.
Very often the conntection between the shop is lost, also if you want to add accounts it wont work

Can't sync products. Can't reach out any support
"Last Result": We've paid USD1600 for 550 visits in 2 months and...1 Add to cart action with 1 order (USD15) and about USD500 for Performance+ campaigns with USD0 conversions. Before, we used Pinterest Ads time to time and didn't request anything except their standard report, but I've decided to check the results for Shopify's Performance+ campaigns. When I asked report on US cities and spent time on our website, your manager (Kylila P - Customer Operations) declined my request with comment: "most of the targeting breakdowns aren’t available for Performance+ campaigns, this limitation extends to City." Then we observed data from our hosting partner, who has confirmed that training bot visits ( from one city!) occur on the same days as your "Ads activities". I would never accuse you of this if your manager provided me with simple data on visits by city and time spent by visitors on our site within the framework of the Shopify campaign - but you stubbornly do not want to do this (I have been begging you for more than a week to provide them). In my opinion, you repeat the scam bot visit practice of Facebook, who attracted bots to our website for our money, and tried to hide it too. No more Ads with you! I don't recommend Pinterest for other Shopify businesses.
difficult to setup - does not even tell me what i need to do properly, has a prompt but when i click on it, it does nothing
I tried to submit the following through the feedback portal and clicked on the bad option and keep getting Hmm something went wrong. I clicked on good and it wants a review so here you go. Our business has been in business since 2022 doing local craft fairs and custom orders for local businesses but only recently decided to start a website to help promote our business. In the past we didn't have a need for one but now we are trying to branch out and we are being shut out by your company because we have not had a website long enough. I don't understand how having a website for 5 months versus 9 months makes a difference. All you are doing is making it harder for a small business to become more successful.
Stuck during setup as per other users, cannot progress through connection steps, and the prompts take me to dead end pages. tried to submit feedback on this, but alas, that didn't even work "Hmm, something went wrong".... you bet it did.
I'm trying to connect the shopify app with Pinterest, but I keep getting an error. It's an unknown error — it doesn't say what type it is, just gives me a message like "Hmm, try again later.
I’m incredibly disappointed with this app. First of all, if this app is not meant for Indian users, then why is it even listed and promoted on the Indian app store? It’s very frustrating to download an app with high expectations, only to find out later that it doesn’t work in my country. The app description doesn't mention any country restrictions or limitations, and there is no clear information provided anywhere about availability. As an Indian user, I feel misled and annoyed that I wasted my time and data downloading something that I cannot even use. If an app is not functional or supported in India, then it should NOT be displayed on the Indian app store at all. This creates confusion and results in a poor user experience. Many users, like me, have high hopes when we see such apps being advertised or recommended, but we are often left disappointed and frustrated. I sincerely hope the developers take this seriously and either enable full functionality in India or stop showing the app to Indian users. This careless approach suggests that the developers are not considering users from other regions at all. My advice to anyone in India: **DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME** on this app unless the developers officially announce that it’s available for India. If I could, I would give this experience **zero stars** for its misleading nature.
Pathetic support from app developer. I have been trying to integrate with my shopify store for some time but for weeks it says message "Aleph India will respond to your request within 3-4 business days to the email address associated with your Shopify account". I raised a support ticket but they closed it with same message.
Doesnt seem to do anything for India.. No options are showing up to do anything.
