Hello. There is no contact option, so i need to do it like that. Connection does not work. I can't connect pinterest with shopify :(

It does not connect to the account = it does not work

Before I install this app, I should have been told that I can't use it in Poland. It's just a waste of time.

Have now spent days trying to integrate this into my Shopify page. Running around in endless loops, complete waste of time.

Added the app, they deactivated my account until I emailed them and they told me my website had to be minimum of 9 months old and my site wasn’t good enough. Never again.

I was excited to use Shopify and then link my shop to Pinterest. I have been selling for over 12 years so using this platform was good for a refresh. Shopify App store promote Pinterest but I cannot use it I downloaded the App, set the advertising up in Pinterest, set my budget only to find out "We don't allow domains that are less than 9 months old." What a shame they don't tell you this when promoting the App." I am placing this review as it may save other new sellers in Shopify the time in setting up Pinterest.

pinterest integration is the WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had! in my life! I tried this with my shop a couple years ago and after MONTHS and a few calls and MANY emails with MANY people I gave up. I have been updated several platforms and finally thought maybe I'd give it another shot. Perhaps they've fixed their algorithms or whatever is wrong with their system and nope! I STILL CANNOT SYNC my Shopify store! This is the craziest thing ever. It really should not be a difficult thing at all and has proved to be the most frustrating experience. Whoever is running Pinterest and their tech department should be have a major rethink of a lot of things.

Seriously Pinterest it shouldn't be this difficult. You are 100 years behind the rest.

Shopify warned me before I downloaded that the app was not compatible with their platform. That's surprising for a major social media site to not have a functioning app. Second, I can't use the app or do anything on Pinterest because my domain is too new. You have to have a domain that's older than 9 months. As a cybersecurity professional, I understand that younger domains are higher risk, but new does not mean bad. If there are no threat or phishing reports then what's the big deal? I received advertising credits that I cannot use now. I guess they expect me to sell my products on other platforms and then come back when the time is right, but in reality I'm just deleting my account and never looking back. This has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Worse experience ever!! I was promised help setting up a campaign (very difficult!!!). The help was not given properly. I spend by accident alsmost 500 Euro with 0 ROI as there was a technical issue. Pinterest did not connect right to the shop. And Pinterest and Shopify point to each other.... Everything is fully automated and their customer service is the worse in the world (not possible to speak to somebody, no number, no chat option....nothing only AI. After the sales agent sold me into a campaign this he also vanised.

Hi, I don't understand why you guys created a Shopify app does not work properly or can be configured properly. I have a few errors in the catalog and instead you just don't include these products, the Pinterest Merchant Status is suddenly set to “not verified”. This error as an example: Warning 155 Your additional_image_link values exceed the limit for additional images, so this item will be published without some of your images Limit entries in the additional_image_link column to 10 or fewer ----------------------------------------------------------- How the hell am I supposed to change anything here? I can't access any options anywhere via your weird app and influence this. This is really terrible.

Also für alle die gerade einen neuen shop eröfnet haben ist das angebot nichts zum pinnen ja aber der shop der angeboten wird da muss die seite älter als 9 monate sein !! was amn erst viel später in erfahrung bring wenn mann sich schon abgeärgert hat wegen den ganzen fehlern !!! und nun zu meiner erfahrung :::: das schlechteste was ich jeh erlebt habe hier wird alles mögliche angeboten was man nutzen kann aber dann doch nicht nutzen kann !! das soll mal einer verstehen :) 1 fehler : domain nicht erreichbar ?? domain war erreichbar ( beschwerde eingelegt wie angeboten , fehler beseitigt!! dann auf einmal weitere 2 fehler domain jünger als 9 monate und noch irgendwelche richtlinine die keiner versteht !! dann bietet es nicht an wenn ihr nicht in der lage seit startups zu kompensieren !!! das grenzt schon an bertrug denn als aller erstes soll man sein werbe konto einrichten damit man auf jeden fall werbung schalten kann !!! Naja ich schalte wohl keine werbung bei euch !!!

Não recomento. O URL da minha loja está errado no pinterest, e não encontro jeito de consertar. Desisto do pinterest. Cancelo todo e qualquer propósito de anunciar no pinterest
