This app isn't amazing. Instead of doing the basic which is synching the products and store, It only connects it if you open ads. So it is based on 100% paid and does nothing to connect the rest.

Trying to sell candles on Pinterest, got declined. Tried to contact costumer support, they closed my request without even answering it. How's that service ? My products are being sold on Shopify, Meta, Etsy, Google Merchant but Pinterest says no without any clear reason. Can't even have a single answer back.

Terrible service, If you are starting out don't bother to use this app, you will automatically fail their merchant requirements. You have to submit an appeal and you can't talk to anyone. Another issue is I'm unable to add billing details unsure if this Is because of the above. Another issue is that none of my products are syncing to their platform unsure if this is because of the above two issues. Terrible app for any user on shopify.

As an OG pinner (started back in 2010 with millions of views on my personal brand page), I am so frustrated and disappointed with the lack of customer service. It's almost as if they're all back there just laughing and smirking and joking at each help request that comes in. They respond with canned, repeated messages looping you back through the vortex of pretty but unhelpful support pages. Questions unanswered, promises to follow up left broken, yet new emails with shiny objects - it's like a toxic relationship you can't get out of. From trying to reconnect a shopify catalog (that mysteriously, without notice disconnected and a link to nowhere) to trying to get more than just the spinning button in response to affiliate links not saving - it's a general cluster of glitches, wasted time, & disappointment.

I'm ready to give up on Pinterest to advertise my business because your merchant guidelines to let me put my shop on your site are too broad. I have been in contact with your "Customer Service" to tell me what exactly about my website doesn't meet your guidelines, and they keep repeating that I need to go to the link and do not answer my questions. This is beyond infuriating.

I like Pinterest as an app but the customer support is the worst I’ve ever seen. They will absolutely not help you if you have any simple issues. I can’t put into words how bad and unprofessional the support team is, I’m getting angry even writing this

Die Integration bricht ab, eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Die APP schein technisch nicht ausgereift zu sein und wirkt nicht direkt kompatibel mit Shopify. Wir konnten die Pinterest APP leider nicht nutzen wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Der ganze Prozess sieht nach Zeitverschwendung aus. Wir hoffen auf technische Verbesserung, da wir gerne Pinterest nutzen würden.

For years, being connected to Pinterest was a great option for my business. Something on the back-end changed in 2023 and now I am stuck in an endless cycle of Pinterest telling me my website isn't meeting their guidelines, me appealing, them discovering that it DOES meet their guidelines and resolving. . . then the next month it starts all over again. Their customer service is cryptic and unhelpful, a total waste of time. I've talked to other folks in my industry who have run into the same issue and gave up long before me. I'll be uninstalling this app to disconnect my website to free myself from this perpetual headache. Pinterest, what happened to you?

Cette appli est catastrophique, elle ne fonctionne jamais, tout ce qu'elle sait faire c'est inonder ma boite mail de demandes de création d'annonces payantes. Vu que je n'accepte pas mon catalogue se retrouve effacé, mon compte est déconnecté de shopify ou alors je ne suis plus marchand approuvé...bref le trafic et la visibilité ne sont absolument pas au rdv! Vraiment dommage!

you have denied by store because you state that i am a resale marketplace. Etsy is a resale marketplace that sells vintage items which are resale items. Ebay is also a resale marketplace, but i guess since i do not bring enough $$$ and just a small business. I am not allowed. You are not following your guidelines.

When I first linked my web store to pinterest, you guys or your "algorithm" accepted 100% of my products with no issues for more than 5 months. Over the time pinterest was contacting me every week asking me to invest on ads, which I always refused. After few more months, I decided to apply for the blue badge, and I was approved. That was the moment my ratings was going so high that I started having sales without investing a penny on ads. For some reasons pinterest stop sending me requests for ADS, instead, they was banning most of my products and took my badge out. Well, I try to delete items that wasn't showing any sentive parts from a woman's body but that was a pinterest's requests. Anyway, I deleted most of those products and also I had to redesign my store in order to fix the issue. Thankfully my badge is back. Few days after, I get another email from Pinterest saying I don't qualify anymore for the badge and they was reserving the right to not tell me specifically "WHY". I was still having sales without the badge, but today, another email; "my merchant account is suspended". I just want to say, I will be stronger without pinterest. Thank you.

will not finish set up. i've tried it for weeks. support has not been of any support. i have sent screenshots with erros and still nada.

Keeps denying my shop despite not having issues with other platforms. Pinterest is giving me a hard time with issue.

Absolut überflüssige App. Keine wirklichen Ergebnisse. Nicht mal das Setup ganz abgeschlossen aber schon erste Rechnung erhalten.

We talked to the expert team at Shopify and they reviewed our website, audited everything against Pinterest guidelines, and they determined that every Pinterest policy was being followed on our website. The importance of this whole process is that Pinterest must provide merchants with the exact problem to solve it, where the error is and how we can improve it, the emails we have received is a copy and paste from the same Pinterest pages, we do not know if this is being monitored, but the customer experience is not is the best. We have also decided to invest in advertising and we want our Pinterest account to be verified again without any problem, so we can continue to improve as a company, to provide the best service to the entire Pinterest community.
