Have used Pirate Ship for many years now. Love it. Easy to use, and give us the best price available. I love the ability to use both USPS and UPS (We used to be 100% USPS, but over time and the severe failure of USPS - we now ship 98% UPS and are so much happier with much more reliable deliveries!! The 2% that still go USPS is due to huge remote area delivery fees on occasion - and/or of course PO box addresses , or Hawaii and Alaska where obviously it cant go UPS ground. We would be devastated if Pirate Ship ever went away ! Also love the ability to do a quick insurance claim for the very few times - a package has gone rogue or got damaged.

Using PirateShip has been such a great decision! It's easy to use and saves me a lot of hassle. Not only can I get the labels for shipping a bit cheaper, I can even schedule a pickup for my packages.

I'm a small (micro) business. I tried three different shipping companies and have settled on Pirate Ship. I've been using them for 3+ years now and I have nothing but good things to say. The rates, the ease of use, and overall experience has been very good!

Every merchant should be using Pirate Ship for their shipping needs! I appreciate their friendly support (ahoy matey), their user-friendly interface, seamless integration with my Shopify store and of course their cost-effective fees. I have been using them for 10 years and wouldn't use anyone else.

I'm not sure why anyone would use anything else. This is the easiest and cheapest shipping platform I have used in 7+ years of shipping for my small business. Everything about it is simple and intuitive. The customer service is TOP NOTCH and so kind.

I absolutely love PirateShip and have been using it since 2018, first with Etsy and then adding Shopify. It's straightforward, easy to set up, and it "learns" from repeated 'similar' orders. I'd be lost without it. Both Etsy and Shopify offer free label creation separately, but have serious limitations and security concerns, in my opinion. There are other shipping services, but they are not financially small-business-friendly.

I do not give praise cheaply but Pirate Ship deserves all of it. They make everything simple, professional, and funny. Rarely have I used an interface so easy and intuitive. I find the service second to none for online services. Keep up the great work ya pirates.

Pirate Ship is absolutely amazing. I use it for all my shipping needs and the shopify connection is exactly as simple as I need it to be. I go to the pirate ship website and click a button to get the order from shopify. When I'm done shipping, I run the CLI program I wrote to generate a pdf packing slip for printinf. The end - super smooth.

I absolutely love Pirate Ship and have been using it for years over two different ecommerce businesses. Their support has been really great, and I like how they keep everything simple for you. The support responds very quickly, and they talk to you like a pirate, which keeps things light and fun. Highly recommended for their shipping discounts as well.
