I've used them for years. Simple to use, but complex enough for my needs. And their support staff is very responsive...and humorous.

I used to use Endicia and decided to try Pirate Ship. That was several years ago and I haven't looked back. Noting to install on my computer, very easy and intuitive to use. They have great customer support. Every time I contacted support, they responded and helped me quickly. Very easy to use USPS and UPS together under one account.

Been using them for years. By far the cheapest domestic and international shipping I've ever used. For small packages and big packages. Customer service is basically 24 seven and they've always been able to help me with everything. I've never missed a package even if it's a weird address in a weird place.

Pirate Ship exceeds my expectations! I cringe when I see my friends paying retail for packages. I strongly encourage them to sign up for Pirate Ship, you have nothing to lose! It integrates seamlessly with Etsy and Shopify (plus more). I enjoy that they aren't a stuffy corporation, they like to have fun, enjoy their jobs and it shows!

I don't normally leave reviews (either good or bad), but recently PirateShip came through with a hail mary save for Etsy. I would give them 10 stars if I could!! PirateShip is amazing in every way, easy to use, customer service is top notch, I can ship my orders from Shopify & Etsy all in one place, and the price is unbeatable. I've tried other shipping platforms, but I'll never go back and will be a PirateShip customer for life!

I was paying another online shipper for years. Found pirate ship that was free and so much more user friendly. Customer service is hands down the best. Integrated into Shopify with ease and no issues. 100% recommend.

I use pirateship for all my businesses (and there are at least 5) - it's easy, the interface is great, the customer service is REAL people. Submitting damage claims is a breeze and are actually paid out - incredible. I tell anyone who is shipping anything business wise or not, pirateship is your friend.

We've been using Pirate Ship for years for our other platforms and personal use, so when we discovered that they also had a Shopify app, it was a no brainer. Easy to set up, easy to use, always the lowest prices, and absolutely the best customer service around....can't recommend highly enough!

I cancelled all the shipping apps I was paying a monthly fee for and now only use Pirate Ship. The interface is set up SO much better than Shipstation and similar apps. If you have a lot of orders, it is WAY easier to batch ship on Pirate Ship than it is anywhere else. The customer support is amazing and always knowledgeable and on-point. I have never seen any glitches on Pirate Ship like I do with other apps. And the best part is -- this app is completely free of monthly fees and has the cheapest international postage options. I recommend it to literally everyone in all of my small business groups I am in. The only thing it doesn't offer that I would love to see at some point is a split-ship option. But I just use Shopify for those one-off orders that I need to send out in multiple shipments. Best app ever! ARRRRRRRR!

Pirate Ship has the lowest shipping cost around. Free to use. Very simple to create labels with direct import from Shopify. Their customer service is top notch as well and responds fast. Overall, I would highly recommend using Pirate Ship.

Love using Pirate Ship for my Shopify store, my PayPal sales, etc.. Integration has been seamless, and I've never had any trouble getting in touch with someone from customer service when I've had questions or had to make an insurance claim. Recommend Pirate Ship to all. Customer Service is outstanding.

Easy to use, good dashboard, efficient and most importantly, actual people for customer service. I am sick of AI chat bots for customer service and that alone is enough for me to stick with PirateShip. We don't have issues often, but if I do have a question or problem, I REALLY appreciate the prompt reply and helpful customer service by humans

I enjoy using Pirate Ship. I've been using them for over 4 years now. The customer service is great. I like their easy to use dash board, which makes my life easier. I have recommended them to several business friends . Great service

Amazing customer service and always the BEST pricing. Can't go wrong. A+ integration, just wish notes/gift notes would import into PirateShip so I didn't have to manually print them out ;O;
