I love Pirate Ship. It’s incredibly easy to use and saves me a ton compared to buying shipping elsewhere—especially for UPS international. Connecting it to my Shopify store was quick and painless. And honestly, the pirate theme just makes it more fun to use. (It even helped get my son interested in helping me get packages ready to ship!)

Absolutely Love Pirate Ship! Amazing Dashboard, integration with Shopify, stellar customer service... more like "customer astonishment" !!! The live chat feature is incredible... saved me many minutes to hours with their spot on answers to issues that come up. Prices are always cheaper than regular UPS and USPS rates... plus the tracking is seamless! I always refer other businesses to Pirate Ship. I can't imagine shipping without Pirate Ship ... it's easy to enter information, add insurance and both domestic and international labels are generated quickly. I'm able to ship orders from both shopify and etsy and create just one scan sheet to take to the post office with all my packages ... quick in and out at the post! I don't often run into challenges but when I do they are right there to help. great experiences all around for many years now.

Not only is PirateShip the BEST shipping integration partner a business can have, they are one of the BEST companies I’ve ever dealt with. Hands down they have the best customer service of any company around. In an era when so many big companies switch over to Ai & non human support, I can always reach a human at PirateShip. One time on a Sunday night at 7 pm, my payment wouldn’t go through & I was unable to add other payment options due to a glitch. I opened chat up, honestly not expecting to hear anything back until Monday. But an actual person got on chat & fixed the issue within a few minutes on Sunday night. WOW! Their built in process for disputing USPS adjustments is a real time saver. They have helped me with insurance claims a few times too. If I’ve ever had a question or issue (which is rare), they have been super speedy getting back to me. Their integration with Shopify is flawless. I had tried a few other shipping apps in the past & others may be more robust, but this app is easy to use & their customer service is top notch. Oh, and they make every communication with users FUN because they talk like pirates, arrrrghh!

I have been using Pirate Ship Shopify integration since 2022. Yes, the prices have gone up, but when comparing to Ship Station and Etsy shipping, the prices are about the same (maybe a bit less then Etsy) and much less than the buying at the Post office counter. The prices are also the same as business customers shipping prices directly through USPS and USPS does not integrate with Shopify, so you have to export or copy+paste to ship through them. I have only done end of day pick up request twice with USPS and it was easy to request, but once USPS didn't show up and I ended up at the Post Office anyways. A definite plus with Pirate Ship is their insurance claim process. Easy and much less painful than USPS. Note: I have never been able to get a reimbursement through USPS for their $100 including insurance, what a scam. The only thing I don't like it how their batch shipping is the ease to pick different shipping for each label.

I've been using pirate ship for years with my Shopify store and my Etsy store. They integrate seamlessly and have great rates. I especially love their simple export rate for international shipping as it keeps the cost down for my customers!

So glad I switched to Pirateship. Was having *insane* issues purchasing labels directly through Shopify and being charged 'adjustments' on over 90% of them. No one could tell me why. USPS said it was Shopify. Shopify said it was USPS. Thousands of dollars tacked onto my billing months after the packages were delivered, without my knowledge, and no answered for it. Shopify let me down big time. Switched to Pirate Ship and have not had one single label adjustment since (except the odd one here and there that I've disputed and been refunded for). PirateShip literally is saving me thousands of dollars at this point.

I Love Pirate Ship! for all my shipping needs and my Shopify store. Integration has been seamless, and I've never had any trouble getting in touch with someone from customer service when I've had questions or concerns. Not sure if I can say this here, but cheaper than Shopify shipping!

I have used Pirate Ship for many yaers to send packages worldwide. They are simple to use, have great rates and make my business so much easier. And I love their Simple Export Rate for international packages (under 4 pounds). Their customer service is quick to respond and I am happy to continue using them for my Shopify orders as well as other aspects of my business.
