I love using PirateShip! The shipping costs are competitive, the customer service is great. I've had to dispute some upcharges with USPS and it can be done right thru PirateShip (and I won!). And it's free ~ doesn't get better than that!

I've been using Pirate Ship since 2021 when my business went from a dba to an LLC. I link my Shopify and Etsy stores so that I'm able to print shipping labels from both of these apps at once. I hope they will eventually connect to Faire & Amazon, but I think as they grow so will our options. I've never had a problem getting labels quickly and at the best price available. I'm able to select a group of orders that all ship in the same size box/envelope, each with the same weight - so I can print a batch all at once. You can save sizes and weights of packages that you use often, and it will even remember and suggest what package you last used with a similar order. Very easy to use. In fact, I rely on Pirate Ship so much that I would be lost without it. During my busiest time of year, I'll print out 150+ shipping labels in a single day. And I recommend Pirate Ship for personal shipping too, because it's so easy to use.

Been using Pirate Ship for about 5 years now. THE BEST. It's intuitive, it allows you to set up and save packages you frequently use, and it learns from similar orders to suggest packaging for an order. I've used their customer service a handful of times, and let me tell you, they are QUICK to respond and get you what you need! For shipping and pairing with Shopify, we couldn't recommend them enough!

Pirate Ship is the best app you could download for your Shopify store. The integration is seemless and the customer support team is always quick to respond. Other than the interface being extremely easy to use, the best part is that there are no subscriptions or extra fees that need to be paid. It doesn't get better than that because subscriptions for every app you need to add to your Shopify store, add up really quickly... I can't be happier with my experience with Pirate Ship!

By far the best shipping service out there with Shopify. Great integrations, wonderful support team, and PirateShip's personality is the cherry on top. We left Shippo once they started charging for more than 30+ labels/month, and quite honestly wish our team had just used PirateShip to begin with.

Have used Pirate Ship for many years now. Love it. Easy to use, and give us the best price available. I love the ability to use both USPS and UPS (We used to be 100% USPS, but over time and the severe failure of USPS - we now ship 98% UPS and are so much happier with much more reliable deliveries!! The 2% that still go USPS is due to huge remote area delivery fees on occasion - and/or of course PO box addresses , or Hawaii and Alaska where obviously it cant go UPS ground. We would be devastated if Pirate Ship ever went away ! Also love the ability to do a quick insurance claim for the very few times - a package has gone rogue or got damaged.

Using PirateShip has been such a great decision! It's easy to use and saves me a lot of hassle. Not only can I get the labels for shipping a bit cheaper, I can even schedule a pickup for my packages.
