Plug in SEO

Very Confusing app. No tutorials or information given. It automatically changes all your pages names. So in the meantime of figuring out their platform, your whole website pages are renamed. There are no quicklinks to edit the SEO suggestions, just learn how. There are no suggestions for character length when editing page titles. Just a weird overpriced seo service. Sent them an email for support a week ago and did not hear back. Sent them a new one. So this review is subject to change.

I'm really pleased with this SEO app and their quick start service. The quick start service was a great way to get started. I found the call with Pablo Algara to be particularly helpful. He was fun to talk with and provided clear insight and guidance on how to implement their SEO recommendations. I only wish they offered ongoing services to assist with the next steps based on their recommendations.

ATTENTION: I can only warn everyone about this app. After you install this app in order to test it, it not only removes some of your source code, it also adds code to your shopify shop. And when you unistall the app, the changes in your source code will not be undone, at least parts of it. Many of the changes stays as they are and you can take care of removing the code or restoring the removed code yourself. I needed a programmer for this. This is not how an app should work.

Actually I had tried several SEO apps and this one is the most handful and easy to learn and most importantly it truely helps. Not like other so called AI SEO, to be honest they are't real, I believe SEO should be ultimately done by your own. And Plug in SEO is a true helper. After 4 months, I tried their another service- named quick start service. Its a professional package for SEO I would say- Pablo is well-prepared for our meeting, and after the session we have done, I knew exactly where I am at and which exactly I should improve. This QSS provided me not just SEO knowledge but also grew me so much confidence on my website. I would definitely recommend for those new starter (not confidence in SEO) to try on this one, the price of the service is so much underestimated.

This app created more problems than it solved. Generated excessive number of pages -- I have no idea what they are -- and conflicted with other apps. I've uninstalled it after 6 weeks.

UPDATE: I have continued to use Plug in SEO. Their team is very supportive and makes us feel like we have our very own SEO team for our small shop. We have purchased the annual support plan. Pablo has been great at helping us further our SEO initiatives by helping us plan our keywords more strategically and to fix problems that were keeping our pages from ranking. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I found Plug In SEO after struggling to find an SEO expert to help us improve/solve some of our technical SEO issues. Mike and his team did a great job helping us set up everything within the app, fixing our main errors, and even walking me through how to improve our SEO going forward. I highly recommend this app for Shopify stores that want to follow SEO best practices but may not have a team to dedicate to SEO.
