Very Confusing app. No tutorials or information given. It automatically changes all your pages names. So in the meantime of figuring out their platform, your whole website pages are renamed. There are no quicklinks to edit the SEO suggestions, just learn how. There are no suggestions for character length when editing page titles. Just a weird overpriced seo service. Sent them an email for support a week ago and did not hear back. Sent them a new one. So this review is subject to change.
Hi, Thanks for sharing your experience. We apologize it wasn't better. However, this review is not accurate. In fairness, there are three problems with this review: 1. Your email was answered in under an hour. However, all of 2. We offered you a consultation as you requested. You didn't respond. 3. Finally, we have hundreds of support articles and videos in our app. We are always working to make our app easier to use and we are sorry when it's too complex for our users.

I'm really pleased with this SEO app and their quick start service. The quick start service was a great way to get started. I found the call with Pablo Algara to be particularly helpful. He was fun to talk with and provided clear insight and guidance on how to implement their SEO recommendations. I only wish they offered ongoing services to assist with the next steps based on their recommendations.

ATTENTION: I can only warn everyone about this app. After you install this app in order to test it, it not only removes some of your source code, it also adds code to your shopify shop. And when you unistall the app, the changes in your source code will not be undone, at least parts of it. Many of the changes stays as they are and you can take care of removing the code or restoring the removed code yourself. I needed a programmer for this. This is not how an app should work.
Thank you for the review and sharing your experience. After looking at the support tickets you had with our customer service team (available 22-24 hours per day) it looks like most of this review is reflecting issues that were never discussed. In each case when you raised any issue with our team your questions were well researched and handled professionally. The way the app is able to install/uninstall code is how Shopify requires us to run the app. Thanks again.

Actually I had tried several SEO apps and this one is the most handful and easy to learn and most importantly it truely helps. Not like other so called AI SEO, to be honest they are't real, I believe SEO should be ultimately done by your own. And Plug in SEO is a true helper. After 4 months, I tried their another service- named quick start service. Its a professional package for SEO I would say- Pablo is well-prepared for our meeting, and after the session we have done, I knew exactly where I am at and which exactly I should improve. This QSS provided me not just SEO knowledge but also grew me so much confidence on my website. I would definitely recommend for those new starter (not confidence in SEO) to try on this one, the price of the service is so much underestimated.

This app created more problems than it solved. Generated excessive number of pages -- I have no idea what they are -- and conflicted with other apps. I've uninstalled it after 6 weeks.

I have been a long-time customer of Plug In SEO and have recently worked with Mike and his team to better configure and optimize the app. We are looking forward to continuing to work to improve our SEO placements. Mike was excellent at providing us with guidance and support. We anticipate further functionality with new releases and updates of the app coming out in the near future. UPDATE: I have continued to use Plug in SEO. Their team is very supportive and makes us feel like we have our very own SEO team for our small shop. We have purchased the annual support plan. Pablo has been great at helping us further our SEO initiatives by helping us plan our keywords more strategically and to fix problems that were keeping our pages from ranking. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I found Plug In SEO after struggling to find an SEO expert to help us improve/solve some of our technical SEO issues. Mike and his team did a great job helping us set up everything within the app, fixing our main errors, and even walking me through how to improve our SEO going forward. I highly recommend this app for Shopify stores that want to follow SEO best practices but may not have a team to dedicate to SEO.

The app does all the hard work for you, analyzing your website and identifying any issues that may be hurting your search engine rankings. It provides clear and actionable recommendations for improvement, along with helpful tips and resources. Although there were a few teething troubles in the beginning, the response from the Plugin SEO team was quick and helpful. They were able to address all my concerns and get me up and running in no time.

I've only just started using Plug In SEO but I've already been able to change so much that needed to be changed, with the help of the oh so patient helpers. I've pestered them wih so many questions and all of the answers given back to me have been polite, clear and concise and have explained exactly what I've needed to do and they've helped me work through the issues. This is a great company with very knowledgeable folks. I was impress with their responses. Well written and was to understand. Great and kind response. Sometimes accompanying with videos. I learned quite a bit about SEO from my few communications.
