I used the app to improve the SEO on our new store theme. It helped me fix multiple critical issues and also the descriptions gave us a better understanding of how the issues affect our SEO and also how to fix it. Definitely reccommend.

I have very little experience with SEO, and in general I used to be totally hopeless with anything relating to Web-design, making any changes or posting anything on my website. I would break out into an immediate sweat. Plug in SEO has done wonders on our website, and takes away a lot of the stress, and has also given me a insight into improving our website's position and keeps on top of the daily tasks that normally take me hours. It;s easy to understand, and I don't break into a sweat anymore. Thanks guys.

Shopify recommended this app to fix SEO issues and it has been a great tool so far. It gives great explanations as to how to fix certain issues, even if you aren't tech savvy, and it because it is a "plug in," it actually uses "fill in the blank" templates to automatically adjust your SEO in your Shopify site. Really helpful. Highly recommend.

Péssimo! Paga-se para ter acesso às ferramentas de forma manual e pouco intuitiva! Paguei a subscrição na expectativa que teria acesso a outras ferramentas 1 hora após estava a removê-la! $30 para o lixo!

Plug in SEO Plus and Pro plan gives you a bunch of automatic SEO improvements to your shop along with tools and enhancements so you can manage your SEO yourself going forward. If you're looking for something more like a done-for-you service, we offer SEO fix packages where the expert will go in, fix the SEO issues, and optimize your shop. Our SEO fix jobs and Plug in SEO Plus monthly options are completely separate and optional but very complementary to each other. A lot of customers start out with Plug in SEO and then purchase one-off fix packages if they need more help in specific areas. Best, PIU Team

The support helped us clean up the code automatically installed by the app. Code that negatively impacted our SEO metrics (after the first installation). We installed this app to test it out. But the app made changes to the Theme files, adding code that changes ALL our Meta Titles and Meta Description in an undesirable way. These files were not removed upon uninstallation, and meanwhile, we had the theme copied to our other sites. We experienced a massive leap in numerous SEO factors when we uninstalled the app, so please watch the SEO metrics after installation.

**UPDATE** Hi Magnus, Thank you for giving us a chance to make it right. Please note that using the theme on stores without our app subscription will cause code issues and conflicts and the option to opt-out of the templating feature is in the app. Anytime there are changes to a website there's a chance of changes in traffic because Google has to re-evaluate the website. Best, PIU Team ---- Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that your experience was not an amazing one. When in the app there is an option for your manually entered title and meta description tags not to be not be overwritten by Plug in SEO Plus templates. After uninstalling a Shopify app there may be code still leftover from it in your theme. That's often not the fault of the developer, it's the way Shopify works. Unfortunately when you delete the app in your Shopify admin the app's access to your theme is immediately removed: there's no opportunity to clean up leftover theme changes. Because of this all of the best Shopify app developers will do this cleanup for you for no charge. We have sent you a direct email to address this. Best, PIU Team

We purchased the "Premium SEO Package" on Feb 19, 2022. Our website has over 100 products. We understood that in this package they will only do 10 products and that's fine. But even so in these 10 products they did not do Product Meta Title, Product SEO descriptions and Alt Image Text. Then they gave us 10 suggestions for Product H2 Subheadings and they had used a few of them for the 10 products they did. Since we have over 100 products, we then asked them to give us a few more suggestions. Today is March 14 and they have not replied us at all until now. So we suggest not to buy any additional package from this company. Maybe you hire an expert to help you is cheaper and we are sure "BETTER"!!
