I used the app to improve the SEO on our new store theme. It helped me fix multiple critical issues and also the descriptions gave us a better understanding of how the issues affect our SEO and also how to fix it. Definitely reccommend.

If you're looking for something more like a done-for-you service, we offer SEO fix packages where the expert will go in, fix the SEO issues, and optimize your shop. Our SEO fix jobs and Plug in SEO Plus monthly options are completely separate and optional but very complementary to each other. We purchased the "Premium SEO Package" on Feb 19, 2022. Our website has over 100 products. We understood that in this package they will only do 10 products and that's fine. But even so in these 10 products they did not do Product Meta Title, Product SEO descriptions and Alt Image Text. Then they gave us 10 suggestions for Product H2 Subheadings and they had used a few of them for the 10 products they did. Since we have over 100 products, we then asked them to give us a few more suggestions. Today is March 14 and they have not replied us at all until now. So we suggest not to buy any additional package from this company. Maybe you hire an expert to help you is cheaper and we are sure "BETTER"!!

They really didn’t take the time to understand my niche market. They questioned my keywords which where the top rated by google AdWords. Page titles and headings where generic and keywords added to certain pages had nothing to do with the products on that page. Unfortunately was left very disappointed in the work performed
**Update** Hi Alex, Our recommendations came from intensive research, looking at what your target customers are searching for (user search intent) That's a very crucial part of SEO. Then we included these keywords in the text on your website, AFTER you've checked and given us the go-ahead signal to implement. Of course, it's your call which text to use but since you've already removed our access we can't revise to exclude/include things you don't like or like nor can go with your suggestions. Google Adwords is very different from organic SEO (which is what we do). They have different marketing approaches. I suggest you get in touch with someone who is an expert with Google Adwords and they will be able to give you better advice. I will keep you posted once your refund request has been approved and processed. Since the work is carried out as described on the Basic SEO Package you purchased, the work must be reversed to get the refund but we will let you keep our SEO Experts work and I'm positive you'll be able to see good results and hopefully, this will change your review of our app. Best, PIU Team ---- Hi Alex, Can you also send through the details and the screenshots of the error you're seeing since we're only basing our SEO report on our app checker? I've been using the app for two days and it has already proved invaluable and we're not even paying for it yet! While it doesn't actually tell me what keywords I should be using or anything like that, the step by step guidance on what action I should be taking and where is brilliant. We considered employing someone to do this for us and now I feel that with the the help of the app, I will learn how to do this myself and will be able to roll out the lessons i've learned on other websites, so we have in fact saved 10's of thousands using the app. Thank you PlugInSEO
