Templates are clean and easy to use. Offers enough customization without becoming too tedious. The chat response was quick, and did not feel inauthentic. So far, we are enjoying this app!

Works very well with my Shopify website and the display and features you can edit look amazing. Also the integration to the customer overview is very good.
