Overall the app is great for basic use. - Easy to use and set-up → I could create a nice spinning wheel fast - Responsive support team (responds immediately) - Webhook integration with my CRM - Analytics, including Cart activity tracker However, not adapted for my need because lacks more advanced features: - no possibility to add a dropdown in the pop-up (which is a way to segment leads) - triggering options are limited: for example, it can’t be “show after 40 sec AND on Exit intent”. It’s either or. - the webhook integration has no possibilty to add custom fields, and misses basic fields like "language" - some content elements couldn’t be changed (ex. the word “copied” in the results not translated..) - the obtained discount is not directly copied in the checkout (the user has to copy past manually).

I've just set this up for my art gallery website and I'm pretty happy with the look of the pop up. It was easy to edit with lots of options for colour, layout, photos and fonts. Plus you can control the timings and pages of the pop up. I received instant replies in the chat box to my queries and got the job done quickly. Fingers crossed I get lots of new sign ups to my newsletter now!
