It's been a great tool to convince customers to signup for email and receive 10% OFF! They we're a lot of help when I asked to remove their watermark for FREE. Their chat support is super responsive and helpful, totally recommend!

I am BRAND NEW to having a store of any kind including shopify, but as a retail manager for over 20 years I know that having a customers contact information and making them feel like they are getting a great value are 2 of the most important things. Pop convert accomplishes both. Allowing me to give my customers a special offer while collecting their information and opening the channel of communication! AND they allow me to do it for free (With paid plans that offer MUCH more)

I think it is good from what I have seen so far. Easiest set up for a pop up yet. The support team was also available immediately which wasn't the case in the other two pop-up apps I have tried today. It's also free which is very nice.

I've been using this app for a while, and it's fantastic! The user interface is smooth, and the features are incredibly helpful. Customer support, especially Amy, has been outstanding. Highly recommend it!

New to the app but so far I love the customization features and quick customer service. Can't wait to see how well it functions within the store.
