They prompt you to chat to remove their branding when it could be replaced by a button. They know prompt you to leave a review. I would imagine they do this to get more reviews.

Does what it says it will do. Easy to use, & customise. Customer service & support is amazing: someone was in touch with me within MINUTES about removing the watermark & sorted it out then & there.
