The customer service rep was quick to help me remove the watermark. I haven't launched my store yet to know how smoothly it works, but the design process was easy.

Super easy to use, very friendly support! So far works for all my needs. Especially for us being a bakery, we have a popup on our cart page for customers to have an updated order processing time so they know what the wait will be before they get their order. Also gives us a great way to announce promos and limited time goods!
