Donald from the Support team has been such a great support in answering and troubleshooting an issue that I faced which was Contacts on Pop Convert was not syncing to my Shopify Customers section. He made sure to follow through with me at each step and provide recommended triage to see what the root cause of the issue was. Great customer support!
