Bad support. My website got flagged as spam and none of the customer support cared to find a solution. Everyone of them kept saying "we're checking and we will update you" but even after literal days went by none ever reached out. At a point they told me they fixed my issue but they actually fixed nothing, and after telling them the issue was still there they told me they couldn't fix my issue..??? Time wasters

This app used to be amazing but to change it and start charging $29 + a month is outrageous. I will be deleting this app!! NOT WORTH THE RISING COST!

It was free when we installed and started using, but unexpectedly it became not free anymore. Does not look fair.

Die Einrichtung der App war kinderleicht und sie tut, was sie soll. Einzig die E-Mail Templates ließen sich nicht so intuitiv bearbeiten und sind optisch noch nicht so ansprechend. Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden und kann die App weiterempfehlen.
