ThE slowest response in the industry. The longest production and shop times in the industry. Don’t let cheap prices fool you. If you are connected to Etsy also this place will kill your reviews for their production and shop times. Three week a for a tumbler. I don’t know why Shopify allows them on the platform.

I've been working with them for a while. Some products are of decent quality, but others are just terrible. White colors suit their clothes well because they use white-based textiles. However, they don't dye the entire fabric, so if you stretch the garment even slightly, you can see the white underneath. The towel they offer is more like a dust cloth, not a real towel. They only dye the outer layer, leaving the inside completely white. Selling clothes like this is unacceptable—if you use a dark palette, it will look awful. Horrible.
Hi there, Thank you for your review and sorry to hear you are not happy with our product. I hope I can clarify with you that we manufacture POD products, using a heat transfer printing process, and are not batch production, which can be produced after dyeing. -----POPCUSTOMSteam [email protected]

Worst customer service I've ever had from a POD company. I've had to stop using them for most products because they do not backup their products. My customer received one of their products with a massive cut in it and they want me to have them take all these new photos. No. Literally every single other POD company I use would accept the customer email and photo of the product defective. Not POPCUSTOMS. They want you to jump through crazy hoops just so they can save $20. Not the first time something like this has happened. I'm over it.
Hi there, Thank you for your review and sorry to hear you are not happy with our customer service. I hope I can clarify with you, ragarding the issue of cuts on the product, we typically require customers to provide photos of the external packaging to confirm whether the damage occurred during transit. This is our standard procedure for handling such cases and is not intended to avoid taking responsibility. POPCUSTOMS [email protected]
