POPCUSTOMS: Print on Demand

I have had a great initial experience with Popcustoms when I ordered samples of a couple of sneakers I designed! The sneakers arrived on time and the quality of the products were terrific! Couldn't be happier so I will be doing more design work and ordering more from Popcustoms!

I am very impressed with the leather handbag - the printing quality is really great. The production and shipping took 11 days to Australia, for $2.00. I couldn’t log on to my account the other day, and contacted them through the chat - they fixed the problem really quickly. So far I like this company.

POPCUSTOMS can create originally designed products in a very simple procedure. And an easy-to-understand mockup generator aids in the design process. I ordered samples of sneakers, hoodies, etc. and found the quality to be good. They are competitively priced.

I have worked with them for almost a year and a half and I’m delighted to see how good they are, I will continue to work with them in my pod business.

The app integrates well, and the products have come out looking great, I'm really impressed with the print quality. I got some samples, two different types of tumblers, and the print quality is excellent, way better than some other POD companies that I've used. The tumblers came out true to colour, full wrap and look really good, boxed as well. I got a couple of bags as well and they came out so good, the print is really clear and it gives you that all over print, which I have been looking for, products were great quality. The production time was good, shipping time was within expectations and fully tracked, I do wish it was faster, but if I'm selling to US it will be quicker than the UK shipping. These guys also offer product videos, which is brilliant idea, so I'm recommending.

Amazing quality for the following items: Fashion Sports Luggage Bag Gym Bag Duffle Bag, Travel PU Leather Toilettrie Bag Makeup Cosmetics Organizer, Mens/Womens High Top Canvas Shoes - Customized Tongue, Mens/Womens High Top Upgraded High Top Leather Sneakers. The fabric, stitching, zippers, straps, shoelaces, soles were all top quality and the print colours of our designs look incredible, so impressed. Branding extras are fantastic and well worth the extra cost. Customer Service is outstanding, the team go above and beyond and we are very Happy we moved to POPCUSTOMS. Keep up the great work! We ordered a sample to test their quality and because they also offer branding services and although we didnt receive the thank you cards and hang tags (which by they way they were quick to reply and fix the issue) we are amazed at their quality of products! Wow i've read the other reviews complaining about poor customer service and it couldn't be further from the truth, May and Belan are always so professional while dealing with any of my enquiry, and always reply in a matter of hours at worst. The products are amazing and great quality, top-notch customer service, the branding options are the best on the market so far, I use Popcustoms with confidence! Absolutely 5 Stars!

Excellent customer service ada Wang is extraordinary in her custom service abilities. Only downsize products do take almost a month to arrive but the fabric of the shirt I order felt like silk when it was not and they need more clothing options for women like sport bras

I have recently entered the POD business. My first printed item was done through PopCustoms. I requested a sample product which arrived in the expected time (13 days). The product (women's canvas shoes) was of good quality, and the print was great... no bleeding, color was on point, and images were crisp and clean looking. Ada at customer service communicated with me throughout the process and sent me pictures of the shoes when my sample was complete. I just got my first customer order last night, but his morning discovered the order hadn't been received by PopCustoms. I contacted Keke at customer service and although it took a couple of hours of chatting to resolve the issue, she was very patient and helpful, and my customers order is 'in-process' as I write this. I have already recommended PopCustoms to other POD entrepreneurs!
