CartHook Post Purchase Upsell

NO INSTALEN ESTA APP. Me cobraron cargos incorrectos de suscripción que nunca contraté. Después de meses reclamando, dijeron que procesaron los reembolsos pero Shopify confirmó que NUNCA los recibieron. Su soporte responde pero el dinero jamás llegó. Llevo más de 2 meses esperando una solución. Evítenla a toda costa DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. They charged me incorrect subscription fees I never contracted. After months of claiming, they said they processed refunds but Shopify confirmed they NEVER received them. Their support responds but the money never arrived. I've been waiting over 2 months for a solution. Avoid it at all costs.

Inutilizável, pois a tela de configuração do App fica branca.

Really awful experience with support. The plugin straight up would not trigger at all after setting up, contacted support, they took like a week to respond with the most obvious basic "solution" which still did not work. Long enough to finish the trial period and start charging us!

Ottima applicazione, ho avuto dei problemi nei settaggi ma grazie all'assistenza ho risolto subito, Danna è stata gentilissima, mi ha aiutata in tutte le mie richieste!! Sono davvero soddisfatta

Acabo de empezar a usarla y ya me ha encantado. Nota para navegantes, podéis hacer pedidos de prueba sin miedo que no entran en el cómputo mensual.

easy to install and wonderful guidance onboarding call

Customer support was great - the chat was responsive and they worked with me to resolve an issue. The issue had to get escalated for some help on Shopify side of things and Carthook agent stuck with me the whole time until everything was working. I so appreciated the quick and responsive service in resolving my problem!

This is a great app! Tarik took the time to do a 1:1 on call with me to walk me through the app & ensure it was set up correctly & gave me some really helpful tips. Highly recommend!
