He is knowledgable about the product and I learned that he was a Shopify store owner himself, previously. We have set up a time to check in to see how we are progressing on our shop with Carthook. The team at Carthook has been immensely helpful and even implemented a feature by request via an easily scheduled zoom meeting with one of their app developers. They always respond within minutes and make sure that the right person is there to help with whatever specific need you have. If you set up your funnels the right way, they can be a reliable revenue stream for your business. Highly recommend and I am looking forward to the features and updates they add. Just had my first support call with product manager, Tarik. He was great, and gave us some great insights on how to optimize our post-order AOV. And we built our first funnel together! Great advice! Made it super easy to get started.

This is a new app for me but I have used other apps that do this. I jumped on a call with Sela and he was able to answer my Qs about how to best optimise my upsells, and also shared some great tips on best practice in regards to upselling. I appreciated the offer to look at my funnels in the future if they aren't converting as well as they should be. It's a nice simple app that is very easy to use!
